On October 12, Molly Rose released a new song, Watch. The artist received an overwhelming amount of attention and her song topped the charts. It's no surprise that her song was a success. She is in fact the most successful female artist of this generation. What did surprise the fans was the meaning of the song.
Molly Rose sings, "if we were meant to be, we would have been by now." It is no secret that the song is about Jimin BTS vocalist. It had been over a year now since the couple shocked the world with news of their breakup.
Molly continues to sing, "now I'm free." Could this mean she has finally moved on and is free from her broken heart? Could Harry Styles have something to do with this?
Harry Styles and Molly Rose we're caught having dinner together not so long ago. Rumors began to spread about the two dating, but no one has confirmed the news.
In regards to her new single, her fans love the track, saying that Molly's voice beautifully reflected the pain she was in. They believe she is still very much in love, but she has come to a realization that what they once had is now over.
Other fans argue that she is blaming Jimin for the breakup when she sings, "your love feels so fake."

They've never spoken negatively about the other, so many assume the breakup was nothing too serious.
A year after the breakup, Molly spoke up, saying that she and Jimin were still friends. "He will always have a special place in my heart. He is the love of my life and I will never forget it." Molly said in an interview.
