I'm in love with the stars
How they shine in the night
And keep me company all night long
The moon glows in the dark
And gives warmth to cold hearts
View the bats flying about
While fairies go to sleep
Sometimes I wonder what's out there
Waiting to be seen
The moon & stars smile down on earth
I wish I could sleep at the tree tops
Let the sky be my view
I wish I could sleep all day
And lay awake all night
To watch how nature comes alive
Because I know by morning
When I wake up, I know
My moon will say goodbye
And the stars will disappear
How I wish they could stay awhile
And the sun will reappear
And I'd say
"Hey sun, how was your night?"
