"2 fucking months and we haven't seen or heard from him! Where is he hiding?!" I exclaimed as I slam my fist on my desk.

Lily hired an agent for us to find Matthew. We've been looking for him for 2 months and we got nothing.

"Calm down.." Lauren said as she walks closer to me.

"I can't calm down.. he needs to pay for what he did"

"He will.. we'll find him... For now, want me to take your stress away?" Lauren husked as she trail her fingers on my arm.

"I have a girlfriend" I said walking away from her.

"I know..it's Camila, right?" Lauren asked

"How did you.."

"It's obvious Y/N.. Camila comes in here everyday. And you guys pretty much eye fuck each other everytime we're in a meeting"

"Oh wow.." I sighed

"I thought you don't date your artists?" Lauren asked as she sat down on my chair.

"Camila is not just my artist.. she's my bestfriend. And I love her" I said

"Shit.. you're wipped" Lauren giggle and I rolled my eyes.

"Does this mean I lose?" Lauren asked and I gave her a confused look.

"What?"

"She got you.. you love her. And I lost" Lauren whispered the last part.

"Hey.. " I said as I crouch down in front of her. "You didn't lose me. I'm still here. We're friends. You'll find someone who will fall and love everything about you. You're a very intelligent woman Lauren. You deserve the world. And that someone will do everything to give it to you."

"Wow.. Camila really did change you. You're not selfish and arrogant and a pain in the ass anymore"

"Careful.. you work for me" I said making Lauren giggle.

"Thank you Y/N.." Lauren smiled and kissed my cheek.

"You're welcome" I smiled back "by the way.. Camila's birthday is tomorrow and I wanna throw a surprise party for her"

"I'm on it" Lauren said and I nodded.

"Thank you.. I'll email you what I have in mind.. now get off my chair" I said and Lauren laughed as she jumped off the chair.

Camila's POV

"Mija... can I talk to you?" Mom popped her head in my room and I nodded.

"Sure.. what is it?" I said as I sat up on the bed.

"The bank called me and uhmm someone has been stealing from us" Mom said as she sat down beside me.

"What? Who?" I asked

"I don't know sweetie. I hired an investigator earlier to find out who"

"Only one person has been managing my financials mom. Let's ask him first" I said and mom nodded.

I called Y/N to tell her the news and boy she was mad. She called the board and told me to come to her office with my parents to talk about the issue.

"Hi.." Y/N said as she hug me.

"Hi baby.. you okay?" I asked and she shook her head no.

"Everything's stressing me out. Matthew, the company and now Roger.. the meeting is in 10 minutes. Are your parents here?"

"Yeah.. they're in the lobby." I said as I kiss her cheek. "Calm down okay?"

"I am.. trying. I'm glad you're here" Y/N whispered as she rests her forehead on mine.

"I won't go anywhere" I whispered and Y/N nodded.

"Are we gonna tell them?" I asked and Y/N giggled.

"We will, soon." Y/N whispered before leaning in.

"They're ready for you" Lauren said as she pops her head on the door startling us.

"God.. can you knock?" Y/N asked and Lauren mouthed a sorry.

I was looking at her and she wasn't glaring at me anymore. She's smiling at me.

"Let's go?" I asked and Y/N nodded.
