Camila's POV

I'm on a balcony drinking coffee while admiring the waves crashing on the shore. I'm so glad I got out of that hell of house. This will be a new start.

"Good morning" Y/N whispered as she wraps her arms around me.

"Hi baby" I whispered back as I put my hand around Y/N's neck before pulling her in for a kiss.

"You taste like coffee.." Y/N giggled before capturing my lips again.

"I'm gonna go take a quick shower" Y/N said and I nodded.

After a few seconds, I stood up and decided to join the love of my life. I was walking towards the bathroom when someone called my name.

"Camila" A man's voice was coming from behind me. I turned around and my body froze.

What the fuck

"Roger.." I whispered

He was holding a kitchen knife with blood dripping at the tip. I looked around and my eyes landed on Y/N laying on the kitchen floor swimming in her own blood.

"No.." I whispered as I put my hand on my mouth while tears roll down my face.

I looked at Roger and he was smirking at me.

"Your turn" Roger said before running towards me.

"No!"

Your POV

"Babe.. wake up" I was shaking Camila's body trying to wake her up but it's not working. She kept screaming and crying. I was getting worried so I sat up and and cupped her cheeks.

"Camila!" I yelled and Camila snapped her eyes open while she gasps for air.

"Baby.. Are you okay? I was trying to wake you up" I said as I help her sat up. She suddenly pulled me in for a tight hug which I reciprocated.

"I-I saw you.. a-and y-you were dead. H-he killed you" Camila cried on my chest.

"Shhhhh.. breathe baby.  It was just a dream. I'm here.." I whispered as I wrap my arms around her.

"It felt so real" Camila cried.

"Just a bad dream babe.. I'm here..I won't let those two near you, again." I sighed before kissing Camila's forehead. "I won't let anything happen to you. I promise."

"I know" Camila whispered.

"Get some sleep, okay? We have to get up early for our flight back to New York" I gave Camila a comforting smile and she nodded.

We layed back together on the bed holding each other.

"I love you" I whispered.

"I love you too" Camila whispered back.

"Mila, oh my god! I was worried sick" Dinah exclaimed and ran towards Camila giving her a bone crushing hug.

"Yes, I'm here" Camila giggled.

I looked at Camila's parents who's  waiting for their turn to hug their long lost daughter. Sinuhe was silently crying and Alejandro is staring at me. Maybe he still doesn't like me. I averted my gaze from him and wondered where Sofi is to distract me.

"Can I hug my parents now?" I heard Camila whisper and Dinah nodded.

"Of course..Sorry.. " Dinah giggled and I smiled at their interaction.

"Hi honey" Alejandro whispered as he hugs Camila while Sinuhe hugs me.

"Thank you, Y/N" Sinuhe whispered.

"It was my pleasure" I smiled

Sinuhe and I pulled away from the hug and I saw Alejandro walks toward me while Sinuhe walks to Camila.

Shit

"Hi Mr. Cabello" I greeted politely flashing him my most charming smile.

He was staring at me seriously making me gulp. I can feel my hands sweat along with my butt cheeks feeling nervous under his stare.

"I was wrong" Alejandro spoke breaking the awkward silence between us. "And I'm sorry for judging you too quickly.  And thank you for keeping your promise to bring my daughter home"

"It was my pleasure Mr. Cabello. And I can't bear the thought of your losing your daughter. I just can't" I said as I look at Camila who was busy talking to her mom.  She was smiling and she looked so beautiful.

"Well.. I guess I'll see you around" Alejandro smiled.

Shit! He's smiling at me

"I won't go anywhere" I smiled back.

"Good.. You're a good person Y/N" Alejandro said before walking towards his family.

He finally likes me for his daughter

I was smiling so hard as I look at my shoes.

"Stay for dinner Y/N" Sinuhe said and Camila was giving me the say yes look.

"I'd love to.. but I have some papers waiting for me at my office" I sighed "By the way, where's Sofi?"

"She's with Tim. Lily picked her up for a playdate" Sinuhe said and I nodded.

"Oh.. uhmm I guess I'll go then. Camila needs some rest" I said and Sinuhe nodded.

"I'll walk you out" Camila said while she intertwines our fingers.

....

"I think I finally won your dad over" I giggled

"Of course.. you saved me" Camila said.

"WE saved you. I had some help"

"Yeah but I'd like to think that you're the only one. My knight in shining armor" Camila said making me smile.

"I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked as I open my car door.

"Definitely" Camila said before capturing my lips. "You're my hero" Camila whispered.

"And you're mine" I whispered back.

My friend said my stories suck..
