Date Night

Camila's POV

I frowned as soon as I arrived at Central Park. Everything is dark. I pulled out my phone and was about to call Y/N when someone covered my eyes.

"Jesus!" I exclaimed as I felt a cold hand covering my eyes.

"It's just me" Y/N chuckled before removing her hands.

"Your hands are fucking cold.." I said as I kiss her cheek.

"Can you warm them up?" Y/N asked and I nodded.

I held her hand as we walk in the park.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked

"It's a surprise." Y/N said before clearing her throat.

I can sense Y/N's nervousness in her voice. And her hand is sweaty and cold. I was thinking why she's nervous. We've been dating for a really long time and she's not usually like this.

What's up with her?

"We're here" Y/N said and I stared at the darkness in front of us.

"In the dark?" I asked confused

She let go of my hand and clapped her hand 2 times. Suddenly a big screen light up in front of us revealing a picnic basket, blankets and pillows laying on the grass.

"This looks familiar" I chuckled as I remember the first night I saw her.

"Come on" Y/N smiled and pulled me down to sit on the blankets. She turned on the lamp beside her  before wrapping her arms beside me.

I decided to sit between Y/N's legs with my back rested on her front. The big screen went off and when it lit up again Serendipity was playing.

"Oh my god.." I laughed

"Shhhh.. you're ruining it" Y/N said and I shut my ass up to enjoy our favorite movie.

We watched and eat and cuddled as the movie plays. Y/N was laying beside me while I wrap my legs and arms around her. I looked around to see if there's people around but none. It was so quiet and peaceful.

"Don't worry.. I have permission to close the park." Y/N said while staring at the screen.

"I wouldn't mind if people takes pictures of us while I cuddle you" I said making her smile.

The movie ended and we decided to head home. I was disappointed though. I was waiting for a big surprise. Y/N was acting weird and nervous the whole time. She was quiet, too quiet.

"What's up?" I asked as she closes the door behind her.

"W-what?"

She stammered.. something smells fishy.. or is it my breath?

"You're quiet... and kinda nervous" I said.

"It's nothing.." Y/N said as she walks towards her room.

"Baby talk to me" I followed her inside and sat on her bed.

"Nothing is wrong babe.. i'm fine" Y/N sighed.

I didn't want to push her so I just nodded and stood up to change into pajamas.

"Thanks for tonight" I said as I stare at the ceiling while I'm laying on her bed.

"You're welcome baby" Y/N answered "I'm sorry if I'm acting weird.. it's just.."

I didn't let her finish. I just kissed her quickly and cupped her cheek. "It's fine babe.. it's been a long day."

Y/N nodded and planted a kiss on my forehead.

"Good night" Y/N whispered

"Good night" I whispered back smiling before burying my face on the crook of her neck.
