"Stupid!" I yelled as I slammed my fist on the table.

I wanted to run after Camila. I want to take back the things I said but I can't. I don't want to lose her, she's the first person that I actually like for first time.

I repeated the words as I lean back on my chair and sighed.

*knock knock*

"There is a uhh Shawn Mendes here to see you" Lauren popped her head on my door and I nodded.

"Just give him these" I grabbed the contract on my table and handed it to Lauren.

"Just make him sign this and welcome him to the management. Give him a tour and introduce him to everyone.. I'm gonna head out. I need some air" I explained and Lauren nodded.

"Good girl" I smirked and gave her a quick peck on her lips.

"So.. want me to come over?" Lauren asked as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Maybe.. I'll text you" I whispered as I leaned in and captured her red lips.

I need this.. I need some distraction..

"God I missed you" Lauren whispered when we broke the kiss.

"Yeah... come over later" I said and she nodded.

Lauren's POV

Shawn looked like a high school kid who's staring at the contract like it was test paper.

I was sitting across him on the table waiting for him to sign it.

"What's PR?" Shawn asked not averting his eyes from the paper.

"It's fake dating to gain attention" I answered and he nodded.

"Cool.." He smiled as he grabbed the pen and signed the contract.

Finally..

"Welcome to Sympho" I stood up and offered my hand for him to shake.

"Thank you so much.. I'm so glad to be here.." Shawn said as he shook my hand.

"Come.. I'll give you a tour" I said as I grabbed the contract and walked to the door.

"Wow.. so this is the real thing!" Shawn exclaimed when we stepped inside the studio.

"Yeah... you will be working your songs in here next month" I said and he nodded "and oh.. there's a year end party next week. You should come and I'll introduce you to some artists"

"Like a date?" Shawn asked with a smirk.

"No.." I said and his smirk turned into a frown.

"Oh.. okay then. Dress code?"

"Just wear casual clothes. Nothing too fancy" I answered and he nodded.

"Well.. that's it for today. You're manager will call you tomorrow" I said and he nodded.

As soon as I finished my work, I immediately ran towards my desk and gather all my things feeling excited about tonight.
