YAYAYAYYAYAY I DO NOT OWN THESE CHARACTERS STUART GIBBS DOES. Anyway enjoy.
"I hate shopping." He grumped showing me yet another shirt. This one was green and had the classic Yellowstone symbols on it. For some reason I kind of enjoyed this shopping trip. Maybe because Ben hated it, which I found pretty funny.
He posed with a smile then waltzed back into the fitting room. He walked out with his regular black destroyed shirt. Clutching a green Yellowstone tank top and a blue long sleeve shirt. Both larges instead of his usual medium. He got a pair of shorts and some socks. Other supplies too, a backpack, matches, two knives, protein bars, water bottles, tarp, first aid kit, bear traps, a compass, and walkie talkies.
As we walked to the checkout section Ben noticed a Green Bay sweatshirt. He grinned grabbing a large and I rolled my eyes.
"What are you guys up to?" The checkout girl asked looking our age. She had pretty features, deep blue eyes and brown hair. More importantly she stared at Ben, and he shifted uncomfortably.
I turned Sasha mode on and wrapped an arm around Ben. "Just a hike with my friend." I said as warmly as I could and Ben smiled too. She honestly thought we were crazy as I slammed the bear trap onto the counter. She jumped back and her eyes went wide, I held in a smile.
"So she's not your girlfriend." The clerk asked and Ben looked over at me. I gave him a slight nod then regretted the idea as he laughed "No! Just friends."
"Can I-" she started but I shoved a wad of bills into her hand. She sneered at me but handed us our things. Ben dug out his tank top, and slid off his black shirt. The clerk's eyes practically popped off her face and I smiled. But to be honest I stole a look too, but nobody noticed.
We walked out of the store, Ben's Greek god like body on display. He slipped his tank top on and headed towards the hotel. Another funny thing nobody seemed bothered by his black veins, maybe Mike drugged them.
It looked pretty crumby from the outside. One of those historic hotels inside of the park. Based on some books I've read it didn't have any air conditioning. That's a major let down, it's kind of hot for being Spring. Well I guess I am walking next to the hottest... ERICA NO! Count the machine guns... M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle, Heckler & Koch HK21, Ultimax 100... much better.
"What can I help you with?" The desk clerk asked with a bright smile. I calculated this main room noting a breakfast cart in the corner. Two people dining gave us glances. Studying their faces, then I moved to the corner. A pretty hefty vase sat with roses in it, sure Ben would like it.
"Just a room." Ben responded glancing around taking note of his surroundings as well.
"Double or king." He asked and I responded quickly "Double." I could sense some sadness from Ben and pushed it aside.
"Alright." He mumbled clicking a few buttons on the computer in front of him. His brown eyes narrowed and when he glanced back up at us I could of sworn they turned blue. Mike's eye color, deep royal blue. Almost generic looking, but he has a small patch of green in the top right.
"365." He said with a smile and I passed him our cash. Noticing we had about a hundred dollars left. The clerk handed us our room card and an information booklet. I gave it a glance but handed it to Ben when I saw tourist traps.
"Floor three." I told Ben and he nodded his head. So we headed to the elevators and went up. I could sense Ben's worried face, scared even. But then he grinned jumping up and down the elevator wiggled.
"Ben, your actually going to kill us." I grumbled then he awkwardly hung onto the railing.
