Jimin doesn't have that many strange and unusual kinks. In fact, he thinks most of what he likes in bed is quite vanilla. However, there are things he wants to explore and try, so for him, they have to be perfect. Perhaps it's the fact that what he wants to try aren't your regular type kinks. He wants to go outside his comfort zone, or better yet he wants to see how far he could push Yoongi.
They had been together for a while now, and in the beginning it was all about exploration. They were new to each other, so each time they fucked it was like the first time. Hands exploring new places, new sensations. Unfortunately now, even if it sucks to say it, Yoongi hasn't really been up for anything new. In Jimin's eyes he's gotten too domestic, too comfortable; the fire Jimin loves was gone.
Jimin started introducing the idea to Yoongi about a month ago. He explained that it's not exactly watersports, that wasn't the concept he wanted to try. Yoongi, though apprehensive, didn't say no. He told Jimin to wait, that was something he needed to consider and think about .Although Jimin wanted to try, he wouldn't force the subject, so the whole ordeal became forgotten.
Jimin isn't into watersports so he wasn't even sure why the idea became stuck in his mind. He didn't like the thought of doing something... like that. But deep down a part of it fascinated him. And each time Yoongi asked if he was sure, he said yes this really was something he wanted to try.
Jimin woke up rather early in the morning. He couldn't tell if it was because the room was too hot, or he was too sticky. Perhaps it was both that made him stumble out of bed and decide to get started on breakfast. So there he is, at eight and some odd minutes in the morning, burning pancakes. It's not that Jimin is a horrible cook, it's just that every time he tried to cook it all got ruined. Jimin's eyes closed, the sweet scent of the batter wafting up into is nose as the as the new batch of pancakes slowly started cooking. The breeze moved through the room gently, the curtains fluttering as it passed. Suddenly, the fresh air was blocked by something, and not a moment later a pair of arms snaked their way around Jimin's waist, a chin coming down to rest on his shoulder.
"Mornin' sunshine," Yoongi's voice fluttered into his ear, still hoarse from sleeping. It made Jimin smile as he leaned back against his husband.
"Hi," Jimin whispered back, moving his free hand to gently ruffle Yoongi's hair. It was rare to Yoongi to be pliant enough to allow Jimin to do absolutely anything. He wasn't outright in his affection, prefering to be subtle more than anything. Unless he was drunk, or sleepy, or just in a really really good mood.
"What are you cooking?" He mumbled, cat-like eyes opening slightly to observe what Jimin decided to burn this morning.
"I couldn't sleep, so I tried to make pancakes, but the first batch tasted weird and these are just burned." Jimin pouted, lifting the skillet to bring the charred food over to the trash. He was stopped, however, when Yoongi's large hand covered his and forced the skillet down.
"Min-ah, I'm still going to eat it. You made it after all, let's not waste good food." Yoongi leans over Jimin's shoulder to plant a kiss on the younger's cheek before turning around and starting to set the table.
"What do you mean good food?" Jimin laughed, turning the stove off to stop the pancakes from burning even further. God, he really did have the best husband in the world.
They ate in silence, each drifting into their own little world. Jimin was looking out the window, watching the bustle of people on the busy street below their building. Sometimes the couple played a game with each other, trying to guess what each passing pedestrians life story was. Yoongi came up with the game on one of their very first dates, and they've played it ever since. Using it as a tool to keep his mind busy.
