Ch 22: Dangerous Love

"Will you be my boyfriend?"

"Tj, I...don't know what to say....of corse I will!" I exclaimed. Tj jumped down from the table and wrapped me in his arms, picking me up. The crowded cafeteria started cheering.

"UGHHH, IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE MY LIFE!" Andi screamed, passing out  in a puddle of her tears. Tj kept squeezing me to the point it was getting hard to breath.

"Hey Tj, can you like...put me down now?" I asked, breathlessly.

"Oh, sorry!" Tj let go of me, then we walked to my table. Buffy congratulated us, and Andi was still passed out.

"So how have you been the past few days Dorky?" Tj asked, gleefully.

"Lonely, but not anymore. I'm glad I have you back, I get to do this again." I exclaimed, lacing our fingers together under the table. Tj laughed.

"Well I get to do this!" He said.

"Do wha-" I was soon cut off, Tj placing his lips on my forehead. I blushed. I couldn't believe how much I missed this. Tj took his lips off then looked at me.

"You're blushing, just how I like it! Hm, I missed seeing you." Tj mumbled.

"Stop! Don't make me regret taking you back!"

"I'M SORRY! PLEA-"

"Got you! You really think I'd regret it?" I asked, stopping Tj from screaming.

"That's not funny! I just got you back in my arms!" He stated, putting his arms around my neck, pulling my head to lay on his chest. I could get use to this quickly!

"You guys are gross," Buffy snarled. Tj and I both looked at her then each other and separated quickly. A blush creeping on both of us.

"Sorry. I guess I forgot everyone else was here." Tj stated. Buffy ground then grabbed her water and poured it over Andi, waking her up.

"What did I miss!? Are Tj and Cyrus married yet!? I need a dress, I'm not ready, where is it?! Where am I, pistachios are go-" Andi freaked out, passing out yet again.

"Well it worked for a breif moment," Buffy muttered.

"What was she talking about?" I asked confused.

"About our wedding. Oh, and I don't know if you can hear me Andi, but our wedding will be at the beach in the Caribbean!" Tj exclaimed.

"What!?" I shouted, blushing. Buffy snickered, and Tj laughed.

"Where will the honeymoon be?" Buffy asked Tj jokingly.

"Hmm, I'm thinking about a trip around Paris!" Tj stated.

"This is way ahead! Shouldn't we discuss this like...years and years later?" I asked, flushed red.

"But it's too long!" The blonde whined. I laughed this time.

~ Saturday Afternoon, Tj's Pov ~

It was 4:00. I was in the park playing some basketball, with friends. I wanted to be with Cyrus today, but he's visiting his Aunt, so this was my second choice.

"So how's paradise?" My friend Marty asked.

"What are you talking about?" I asked him, passing him the ball I was holding.

"Cyrus. I met him before. He's a friend of my ex." He stated.

"Oh, we're good I guess. Also, who was your ex?"

"Buffy. We're friends now though." He answered.

"Wait, you and Buffy dated?" I asked, shocked.

"Yeah. I still like her though. It's a good thing she's single!" Marty exclaimed.

"No, I'm pretty sure her and Jonah are an item." I stated.

"No, they're just friends. Buffy told me that Jonah likes someone else."

"Who?"

"You don't know!? He likes...never mind, it dosen't matter right now."

~ Time Skip ~

I was in my bed, playing apps on my phone. I was quickly getting bored, so I went onto Instagram. I was scrolling through photos of friends and celebrities. I then received a text from Dorky.

DORKY💖: Hey Tj!

Me: Hello Dorky! How are you? Are you lonely, because I can run over to you! Send me the address!

DORKY💖: No, I'm good, lol.

Me: Aww. I wanted to see you! Truth is, I'm lonely ):

DORKY💖: I'm sorry. I'll be free tomorrow!

Me: That's good! I want to treat my boyfriend to lunch!

DORKY💖: You're unbelievable. I got to go. I'll see you tommorow!

I sat my phone down, and sighed. I started thinking of places to take Dorky. I got my phone and decided to take a walk. I then ran into Amber.

"Hey sis." I said.

"What's up bro?" She asked.

"Thinking of places to take my boyfriend, Cyrus, to!" I exclaimed.

"Wait! You guys are officially a thing?"

"Yeah, why?"

"I thought dad told you to get a girlfriend!?" She asked, confused.

"I broke up with her. I don't want to date a girl!" I whined.

"It's not my fault you were caught, Tj! You know what the rules are here! We follow them no matter what....I hate to say it but...It's a life or death matter!" Amber muttered.

"Well, I'm tired of living in this...JUNGLE!" I yelled.

"Well if you haven't noticed, this jungle is the only place keeping us off the streets or in child care!" My sister snarled. I looked down at my feet. I knew she was right.

"I know," I mumble.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Amber asked me.

"I'm sure...he means the world to me."
I exclaimed.

"You know how much trouble you could get in, right?"

"I don't care!"

"Well I do! Even if doesn't appear as it, you're my brother, and I love you! Please don't get hurt," She cried.

"I won't get hur-"

"How do you know that!? How can I trust...that you won't? I know that father hit you the other day." Amber stated in tears, cutting me off.

"Amber I-"

"Just go Tj! But don't blame me when this ends in a fire....." and with that, Amber left. I stood in the hall speechless. I didn't mean to scare her like this. I feel horrible. Now I really need a walk. I slowly made my way to the front door.

"Where you going?" My dad asked.

"Just a walk around town," I replied. He nodded, then told me to be back for dinner. I made my way outside, and started walking. I made it pass two houses before I realized I didn't have my phone. I must've dropped it.

I walked back to the house and opened the door, only to find my dad looking at me with an enraged expression, holding up my phone to show me and Cyrus's texts. Oh no, please don't say he found out already. I stood frozen, silence taking over until my dad slowly asked...

"Boyfriend?....."
