Chase's P. O. V
I had gotten done hunting for the day and I went back to my den, I began looking around seeing what was in it. There was a nice jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a shower. In the kitchen there was a stove and a microwave, the fridge right next to both of them. Then the bedroom was a nice bed with blue sheets and stars, I loved it, it was the first legitimate home that I've ever had. I walked outside and began talking with people.
"Hi, your new here, your not a wolf," the wolf said cocking his head to the side.
"My names Chase, I got here yesterday, Martin and I went hunting this morning, what's your name," I ask. She looked nice, someone that I could care about and befriend.
"My name is Gidget," she said.
"Nice to meet you, hope to see you around," I told her back, we both continued on our ways. I had met a few other wolves, I had realized that not everyone in the pack was friendly to pups like me, but they took me in for now, there could be some issues later. I spotted Martin again, he was heading back into his den so I decided not to interrupt him. I was looking around the small village of dens finding what landmarks and what roads are where so I wouldn't get lost if I had to make a great escape.
"Trying to find your way around Shepard," a voice from behind me said. I instinctively turned around to face him, there was a wolf with some of his 'gang' with him.
"Any problems," I ask them trying to make conversation.
"Oh there's definitely a problem," their leader said.
"What did I do wrong now," I told them getting irritable by the second.
"Why are you not dead yet," he asked. Obviously not wanting me here I knew that making a scene wouldn't make for good looks.
"Your alpha saw potential in me, I have wolf blood in myself, yes I look like a German Shepard, but I still have wolf instincts at heart," I told them trying my best not to get into a fight and cause a commotion.
"Your still a German Shepard therefor you do not belong here," the leader said.
"I don't care, there have been other people that have accepted me already," I told them.
"Some wolves are so gullible that even pups like you can trick them," I was about ready to walk away when one of the wolves pounced on me, it was on. I clawed one right in the face while biting the other, it was 1 vs 6 it wasn't going to be easy for me. I then bit one in the tail making it shriek, then I scratch another one in the back causing it to fall onto the floor hurt. There were only two left, the leader and another wolf, the other wolf backed out it was down to me and the leader.
"Your impressive pup, I didn't think you could take on 5 of my boys at the same time, but you surely can't beat me," he said. We began going at it again, he scratched me across the face, while I bit him in the ear, then I got on top of him about to lodge my jaws onto his throat when
"BOTH OF YOU STOP IT," Martin yelled, Gidget was right beside him. I got off of him and walked towards Martin. "What are you doing," Martin said walking up to both pups.
"Sir, he wasn't..." the one pup said before getting cut off.
"SILENCE," he yelled. He was angry, "Chase why did you attack another member of the pack when I just let you in Yesterday.
"Sir, he and his gang approached me and started attacking me," I said.
"Did not, he just attacked me out of no reason," the wolf said. At this point it was childish to continue on so I just let Martin take over.
"Who started it," Martin said as we both pointed at each other.
"Be honest who started it," Martin said, and again we both pointed our fingers at each other.
"Tell me now before the consiquesese become much worse," Martin said demanding answers.
"I started it sir," I said, I didn't want to get into an argument so I gave myself up, not wanting to cause even more issues.
"Thank you, now Chase, I know you didn't do it," Martin said. "Gidget here was watching the whole thing.I saw the wolf next to me cringe his face up knowing he was going to get into more trouble. "You stay here, I'll be back," Martin said walking off, I knew he was going to yell at the young wolf pup, he kinda deserved it.
"You know you didn't have to give yourself up like that," Gidget said.
"I know, but I didn't want this turning into a whole argument and then both of us would be getting in trouble instead of just him," I told her, she understood what I meant as she had gone through something similar to this as a child, who knew that sometimes even there own pack mistreats a wolf.
"Thank you for saving my butt," I told her.
"No problem, now I want you to stay away from that part of the town until you gain the respect of them, those pups tend to misbehave and attack things that shouldn't be attacked," she said. Martin was walking down the street alone now, he had a friendly smile on his face and looked like nothing ever happened.
"Chase I dealt with him, he wont mess with you again or otherwise he's all on his own, I appreciate you ending that argument, and the fact I found that impressive that you beat six other wolves that have been trained and have somewhat better natural instincts than you do, all though I'm doubting that statement now that I've see you do this," Martin said. I blushed at his complement.
"Thank you sir," I said blushing, I was embarrassed but I'm glad that it was only between the three of us and not anyone else, I knew that I had the respect of Martin and Gadget, they respected me, and it was at that time for a long time, I actually felt like I belonged here, even though I wasn't a full blown wolf
