CONNOR'S POV:
Ring ring! My phone goes off again.
"Connor who is texting you so much? you don't know a lot of people!" Jc said from the back seat.
"It's probably his mom!" Kian said to Jc. They both laughed.
"No! it's Rachel, the girl I meet at Starbucks the other day." I told them.
"Why are you not texting her back?" Ricky said from the driver seat.
"I don't really like her. All she can talk about is herself!" I said to Ricky.
"Then break up with her!!" Kian said.
"I can do that?!?" I said.
"Yeah!!" they all said together.
"Oh....okay......how?" I said. I never break up with a girl before they always broke up with me.
Ricky pulled over.
"What are you....." I started to say.
"Give me your phone" He said. Putting his hand out.
"Ummm.... why?" I said.
"Trust me!" he said.
I handed him my phone. He typed something, then handed it back.
The text was to Rachel. It said...
Connor (well Ricky but yeah): I don't think this going 2 work. I'm sorry. u r a nice girl but it's me. Bye c u at the party!🌊 😌
Ricky always knows what to say. She texted back this.
Rachel: ok guess. I liked u but I guess we can just be friend then, c u at the beach party! 😝
Connor: ok bye 😊
Okay we are friend, I guess that's not that bad. Come on like we are really going to be friends, that's what they all say.
"Thanks Ricky!" I said as he pulled on to the road.
"No prob." he said.

BETHANY'S POV:
We finally got to the beach. Lux parked the car and we got out. We walked to the beach.
"Oh my god! is that Mark?!" I said. Mark was my high school boyfriend. we met in grade 9 and he broke up with me before I left,for I'm guess the girl he is kissing.
"OMG.......Beth.......I...I did know......I'm sorry!" Lux said to me.
"Umm.....can you get me a drink?" I said turning around.
There she was talking to some guy. Wow the party is great so far, my ex is here kiss a new girlfriend and my friend ditch me for some guy.
I got a drink and found a log and sat on the end.
I took out my phone and look at "Just Connor" 's number. Should I? no. yes. I don't know.

CONNOR'S POV:
We got to the beach. Ricky was parking the car. I was looking at "It's Bethany" 's number. I wanted to call her but I haven't. I'll call her tonight or tomorrow morning.
We got out of the car and walked to the beach.
Jc and Kian went to go talk to some girls. Then Ricky followed them.
I got a drink, then went to go sit on a log. Where a girl with long brown hair was sitting alone. So I sat down next to her.
She looked at me and smiled. She was pretty.
