BETHANY'S POV:
I turned around to see a man holding up a gun to the nice waitress and another guy beside him wait an old brown sac in his hand.I realized that they were the 2 guys that were sitting down, just a minute ago.
"Give us all your money!" The one with the sac said.
"Or I'll shoot!" The guy with the gun said. The waitress wen to the cashier and started to pull out the money, as the two guys shoved it into the sac.
I looked over at Connor, who looked like he was trying to hide his fear. I was trying my hardest not to cry, I was so scared!
"YOU GUYS SAW NOTHING!" The guy with the gun yelled out as they ran out, after their bag was full.
There was I silence that filled the room. And no, not the nice kind. The kind of fear. I don't whether or not to call the police. I sat there frozen. I didn't have to worry about calling the cook in the back already was.

After the police came and asked us questions. Connor and I were getting up to leave, when Connor went up to the waitress and handed her 150 dollars. We didn't even eat. the waitress tried to give it back but Connor refused to take it. the waitress smiled and hug Connor for his kindness.
The drive back was quite till Connor spoke.
"Well that was a nice first date." I could hear the sarcasm in his voice.
"Yup we didn't even get to eat." Just after those words left my mouth, Connor pulled into a McDonald's drive through.
"Hungry?" He asked with a smile on his face.
"Starving!" I replied.
After we got our food, he parked by a park and we got out. The summer night air was cool against my skin.

CONNOR'S POV:
The cool night breeze against my face, it was calming and fresh. It was really nice. We sat down in the cold grass and ate our food.
We talked all night.

BETHANY'S POV:
I woke up, my head on Connor's chest. His chest went up and down as he breathed. The morning sun in my face..... wait morning!!?? Oh my god I need to get home!!! I sat up in a jerk, waking up Connor in the process.
He rubbed his tired eyes as he sat up.
"Sorry, but I have to get home." I said.
"Yeah okay, let's go." Connor said in a tired voice. We got up and walked to the car; Then left.
Once home, he walked me to my backdoor.
"I had a lot of fun." I said with a flirty smile.
"Me too" he smiled back. Butterflies grew in my stomach. Then we kissed.
