"What the heck is going on?" Buddy mumbled as he headed over to Max and Gidget. Max shrugged his shoulders as his only reply. However, the moment she heard the sound of screaming rodents, Gidget instantly knew what was up as she murmured, "Not again..." She quickly followed the screams to find a certain red tailed hawk.
"I swear, I didn't-" Tiberius began to speak but Gidget interrupted, "You and I are gonna have a little talk outside." Lowering his head, the hawk headed for the nearest window. Gidget was about to follow him when she felt a tap on her leg. Turning around, she found Norman. Wringing his paws nervously, the young guinea pig pleaded, "Please don't be harsh with him. He didn't do it." Sighing, the Pomeranian nodded her head before making her way to the window.
"Well, that explains why there was a stampede of hamsters, right guys?" Buddy remarked. Perched on the dachshund's head, Sweetpea chirped. However, no answer came from Mel. Turning to his right, Buddy realized that his best friend was missing...
