Absolutely shocked by the words he had just heard, Snowball exclaimed, "Leonard, really?! It's a party!" The poodle nodded his head, clearly not seeing how this had blown everyone's minds into oblivion. "But... you love parties! Especially when it's at Pops' place!" the rabbit persisted. However, Leonard remained unmoved as he made no signs of changing his mind.
"What about you Ozone? You with Leonard on this one?" Buddy asked. Licking his paw and running it over one of his big ears, Ozone meowed, "Yeah, maybe we'll catch the next one. See ya guys! Have fun!" Without another word, he and Leonard left the apartment, leaving a room filled with mind blown animals. Not a single word was spoken for two minutes, giving the atmosphere an eerie silence.
"What did I just witness?" Chloe asked, finally breaking the silence.
"I think we just saw Leonard decline a party," Duke murmured.
"And Ozone told us to have fun in the nicest tone I have ever heard from him," Mel pointed out.
"Is he feeling alright?" Max asked Snowball. The white rabbit could only shrug his shoulders in reply.
