"Don't worry Gidget, we'll find him in no time," Max reassured his girlfriend as they traversed through Central Park. Leaves were spinning like tiny and colorful ballerinas in the wind. It truly was a beautiful sight to witness. However, that seemed to be the last thing on Gidget's mind as she walked around.

"Max, how do we even know that Tiberius is going to be here?" Gidget asked quietly, her voice sad. Coming over to his girlfriend, Max gently nuzzled her cheek and answered, "I'm pretty sure this is one of his favorite places to go hunting or-"

"If something's upsetting him," Gidget mumbled.

"Gidget, stop blaming yourself. We'll find him, you two can have a small talk and we'll get him back home without any serious problems!" Max declared, feeling optimistic as he added, "Nothing could possibly go wrong with this."

"Except he might not want to come home," Gidget mumbled. Sighing, the fluffy white Pomeranian sat down beside an old oak tree on a hill overlooking a small pond. Max sat down beside her to provide comfort. Shaking a little, Gidget rested her head on her boyfriend's shoulder and closed her eyes, forcing herself not to cry.

"Gidget, look!" Max's voice suddenly got her attention. Startled, Gidget opened her eyes.
