In the Fae world, ages ago, a bond has been created, a special one, between none other than mates. Some per say that if you separate two mates away from each other, one of them bound to go crazy.

The knights were holding their position, scared from the High Lord in-front of them. As the rumors said, he is dangerous. They can see his violet eyes murk, they can feel some kind of rage coming out of him. Bina looked at the knights and politely said, "I think you are misunderstanding; we want to see Jimin."

The knights glanced at each other, and said no more. Bina tried pulling Jungkook aside to discuss it with him, but he wasn't having it at all. "I'll try saying this very slowly so your thick heads would understand," he growled in a low tone, "move, or get killed."

Bina looked around, they can't cause a scene right now, they will never get invited to something important again. Fighting will just make them more hated at this moment of time, "High lord please," Bina whispered.

Jungkook kept glaring at them as he walked away with Bina, he took him to the side, away from the knights, "I understand your fury, but you can't threaten them like that. We will just wait until the King and the Queen finish talking to the prince- Jimin?"

The high lord tilted his head in confusion, "Jimin's adopted," Jungkook folded his arms.

"You're saying that the King and the Queen are his... parents?"

Help.

Jungkook's eyes shot open, he ran back to the knights, pushing them but they pushed him away, "please cooperate."

Jungkook's eyes dimmed, "get the hell out of my way or I'll slaughter you both. And you know that I'll do it."

Jungkook.

The high lord pushed them again, going through between them, they had no doubts about what he said, looking at each other in worry, but following him anyways to the back of the stage. Bina ran to summon Hyo and Lin just in case of an emergency.

"Jimin," Jungkook slowed down, he saw the King and the Queen face his mate. He bowed down to them but kept walking towards Jimin.

"Do not come any closer." The King has said.

The high lord gazed at Jimin with worry, "I have a pact with him, the law that you yourself my King, put out, says that I can." He approached him and held his hand, then walked away from them. Being close to them can feel threatening, and he didn't want them to feel like that.

"Please let go of my prince," the queen sighed in despair, "I've prayed that my son will be in good hands, but my prayers have been declined."

"You're not my mother." Jimin's voice was shaky, he was more than confused. He felt like he was a lost toddler in a giant forest.

The Queen cried because of those words, the King gazed at Jungkook, "break the pact."

The high lord's wings spread, not replying to him. Jimin looked at the King and shook his head, "You are not my father-"

"Silence," the King yelled. "I will explain everything to you, but in exchange, the pact must be broken."

Jungkook's throat bobbed, he pulled Jimin to the corner away from them to talk. The waited patiently as they discussed some things between themselves.

"Jimin, you are the prince. That explains it all, they're telling the truth." He explained to him in secrecy.

"I don't care," Jimin replied, holding him tightly, "I don't want to stay here, do not break the pact Jungkook. I want to go home with you, to our home."
