•Chapter 15•

        The silence was overwhelming, not even the knights moved an inch, they were also in the shocked state. Nolland finally breathed out, he glanced at Jimin but he was confused, although he knew what it exactly meant. Hoseok's fingers scratched his scalp, "I'll give you time to think about it. I'll be leaving now." He stood up gracefully but then his lips parted as he turned around and peeked at Jimin, "Well met."

    His knights and him all vanished, leaving Jimin and Nolland in a blackout. "If I'm not mistaken, he wants you to marry his sister." The blonde boy uttered, he couldn't even express his emotions, no facial expressions can explain how he felt at that moment.

    "Unfortunately," Nolland covered his face with his hands and sighed, he doesn't know what to say to his lover.

   Jimin smiled hopelessly, "You... won't right?" He met his eyes, lips shaking, waiting for his answer.

   The high lord held his breath in, seeing that Jimin was at the verge of crying, "I won't." He uttered making Jimin sigh out of relief. The blonde boy stood up and walked to him, he hugged him, fingers shaking because of the shock.

   Nolland pulled him on his lap and hugged him tightly, kissing his shoulder and resting his head on it. "Why would he want that?" He asked, unsure.

    "One Kingdom isn't enough for him," he pressed his hands on Jimin's thighs and added. "He'll have free access to mine if I marry her."

   Jimin stared at the table, speechless. Words were hard to form, this world was harsher than the human world. "What is a blood contact?"

    His hands caressed his thighs softly, "Allying together, in case of an attack they will be always here to help. I lack warriors and knights, but the Flaming Kingdom has ruthless, strong warriors with special powers." He pressed a kiss on the back of his neck.

      "What Kingdom is Jungkook in?"

    Nolland stopped his actions and gazed at Jimin with wide eyes, "do not be curious, he is bad news. Don't ever talk to him and if you see him, run." He warned him, seriously.

   Jimin focused on what he was saying, he breathed in and nodded. He wasn't going to mention that he ran in to him in the forest, and what's worst, what he agreed on with him. "Can you tell me why?"  He requested to know the reason, it's only fair to him.

     "Can we go back to your room? I really want you." Standing up, holding Jimin's hand, and pulling him towards himself.

   The blonde boy opposed to what he said, "No, take me to the library." He disclosed.

   "Jimin," the high lord softly said, "I may have upset you, but don't act that way." He kept holding his hand, not letting him go.

  Jimin scoffed in irritation, "excuse you," he pulled his hand away forcefully, he can almost swear that he triggered something in Nolland when he did that, "you do a lot of things that upset me, you act as if I'm nothing to you. You are scared that they will find out about our relationship, you keep me away on purpose. I'm indignant and outraged. You want me in my room all day as if I'm a pleasure toy for you only." His eyes were filled with tears.

  "Jimin-"

   "And do you know what hurts the most?" The tears fell down on his cheeks and his breathing started becoming uneven. "Is that I know, I know you will end up marrying that girl."

   He left the room in a hurry but Nolland quickly ran after him, "Please, listen to me." He sighed and held his shoulders.

   Jimin didn't want to, but his grip was too tight. "Fine I'll hear you out, but let go." He claimed as he stared at him in the eye.

   Nolland obeyed and breathed out, "I feel so sad that I made you feel that way, I never ever intended to ever make you unhappy." Tears started falling down, "I love you." He added making Jimin feel a little guilty for making him cry, "I hate that marrying his sister is the only way."

"Do I not matter to you?"

"You do, this marriage is only temporarily and it's just for business, after we are done with the blood contract, I will marry you, my love." He stated.

"Okay," he stopped crying and wiped his tears away, "Can you take me to the library now? I want to read books."

A month later,

Jimin has been avoiding Nolland's touches, because he was angry, the marriage was proceeding faster than he thought, and today was the day they will go visit the Flaming Kingdom.

   He didn't know whether to be thrilled or anxious. Today was the day that Nolland was getting married. They decided to have it in the Flaming Kingdom, it was actually more of an order. Jimin tried hiding his sadness from his high lord, but it still showed on his face.

   "If you don't wipe that look on your face, Nolland will feel even more bitter." The healed knight stood next to Jimin, smiling.

   He has fully healed and he formally apologized to Jimin that he couldn't protect him well, he was disappointed in himself, a lot. "Scientifically, humans should show their real emotions in a situation that is anomalous to them." He replied, sternly.

   Haven glanced at him and that smile never retired, the two were waiting in the living room for Nolland so they can finally go to the Flaming Kingdom and get this wedding over with. "You're using words that I don't know."

   The blonde boy chuckled and gazed at Haven, "I don't care whether my sadness shows or not, my lover is getting married," he sighed frustrated, "do you want me to start hollering and throw flowers everywhere and to have a stupid smile on my face."

   Haven softly giggled, "now that would creep me out." He nudged Jimin with his arm, "besides, that's my job." He commented quietly.

  "To holler?"

  "To have a stupid smile."

  The high lord walked in, a white golden suit was what he was wearing, and jewels decorating his hair. The only thing he wasn't wearing was a smile. Jimin looked away and not acknowledging him, "shall we go now?" Haven asked.

  Nolland stared at Jimin as he agreed, "Jimin," he walked up to him and eyed him with a sad frown, "don't forget my promise."

   Jimin looked him in the eye, "how long do I have to wait?"

  Haven looked at them both and cringed, he awkwardly kept standing in the room and waiting for them to finish. Nolland's throat bobbed, "just two years."

   Jimin walked to Haven and hugged him in-front of Nolland, Haven stared at his high lord and gestured him to come close too as he added, "Flaming Kingdom, here we come."
