"so you are leaving your mother alone in this situation for this girl?" She says with sarcastic smile.

"Don't even act you are going through bad time, father is reviving and I know you are happy, you just don't want to see me with Jen, you don't like her, I don't have anything to do with it." I say and hear no reply from her since I was speaking complete truth.

I wasn't expecting any reply back too.

"I'll come when father will be coming out from his coffin" since it is gonna take some time. Due to delay in ritual he's decayed too much. it seems like he was on the edge of finally dying.

I look at Jen almost lifeless on my arms, not waiting too much, I take her to my car to drive off of to nearby apartment.

*Jen's pov*

My eyes...... Too heavy to open. Why am I even trying? Maybe I'm dead. But why am I still feeling the pain? My whole body burning, aching, pain is out of explanation.

Wherever I'm, it's moving. The feeling is not stable. My eyes are too weak. But I open them halfway. I try my best. Opening them is like cracking a mountain to half.

"Ugh" a very very weak light sound comes out from my mouth involuntary.

Yes I'm alive.

I try to look around me only with moving my eyeballs. I'm in car?

Which car?

What happened??

My eyes now gets fully opened once I remember I was cut literally on whole of my body for performing a stupid ritual. Was it successful?

I still can't move an inch.

"Jen?" The voice is very familiar. The voice which gives me chills, it's him .

"Hmm" only a humming weak sound comes out from my mouth . I wanna know why am I in the car? Is he taking me to jungle to leave me so I die?

"Don't worry, we are on way to apartment I'll give you IV drop there"

IV drop? Is he trying to save me?

"Just sleep for a while" he says in a very light- almost loving tone. But I don't have any energy to react or think straight so I just close my eyes ones again.

Why is he not letting me go? Is the ritual not done yet? I'm so confused!

I remember some guy cut me around whole my body , I lost so much blood that it made me pass out. I can't remember anything more.

Will he leave me after giving me IV drop? He have nothing to do with me, I think he'll just take me to orphanage.

"Jen?" His voice is so worried he's shaking me lightly with my shoulder

"Hmm"

"You look worried, are you having a nightmare?"

Yes. My whole life is one big nightmare.

"Hmmmm" I say in tone of disagreement.

"Okay, we are almost there"

I don't respond. I just wait him to say he's taking me to orphanage afterwards.

But I hear his phone ringing

"What?" He answers in very frustrating tone. Is he about to kill someone? I pity the person behind the call. I wish he stays alive unlike me.

"Tanya, cut the goddamn phone" his tone is harsh, only if someone could kill through his voice, Damian would be serial killer

"I am not coming back until father comes alive" he explains. I just wonder, his father didn't come alive? Means ritual failed. I knew I'm useless.

"Yeah, don't call me again" he says and I hear a loud thud of something falling.

He threw his phone in anger.

I close my eyes to drift into sleep and wish to never wake up again.
