Stacy's P.O.V

I don't know why I'm nervous. I mean, how easy is it to just say 'Hey I'm a warlock by the way' ha! Yeah, as if. You can't just throw it out like some garbage.

"The lights in here makes your garden more magical." He says, distracting me with my thoughts. I look around and smiled, yeah my dad loves decorating.

"Yeah. That's my dads doing, he loves magical things" I said, now looking at him. "I have something I wanted to tell you" I continued. He looks at me and nodded so I continued. "Wait, just to make sure, I'm going to ask you something instead. Do you believe in immortals? Magics, powers and stuff?" I ask him. I know I mentioned before that he's a werewolf, why I can tell is because it's one of the advantage of being a rare hybrid. Since I have all the races, I can tell just by observing them even if they trying their best to hide who they really are. I ask him, because I really just want it to hear from him.

"Yes, I believe them. In fact I am one myself" He said to me directly. I felt relieve and shock. How can he just blurt that out? What if I happen to be human and is suspecting that those things might co-exist with us and stuff.

"How can you say it so bluntly, what if I'm a human!?"

"Are you?" He ask me nonchalantly.

"Nooo" I say dragging the word

"Then there's no problem, right?" He smiled at me and took my hand and hold it. "So, can you tell me what race you belong to then?"

 I nodded

"I'm a warlock"

As soon as those words left my mouth, I felt him stiffen and he squeeze my hand tightly. I got worried.

"Are you okay? Did I say something wrong?" I ask him.

He shook his head and after a while he smiled at me. "No, nothing. So, a warlock huh. Are you all warlock?" He ask and I can still see a conflict in his eyes, but I ignored it.

"My dad and I are a pure warlock, my sister is a pure witch, my brother is a part warlock and part vampire and my mom is part vampire part werewolf. How about you? What race do you belong to?"

"I'm a werewolf." He said. I can feel that he's really uncomfortable now. I tried recalling our conversation up to now, thinking I might know what the problem is, but I really can't figure it out.

"Are you sure you're okay? I can sense that you're uncomfortable." I said.

He nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. My Beta just mind link me about some stuff back at the pack. Sorry"

I shook my head "Don't worry it's okay. Wait, did you just say 'your Beta'? Does that mean you're and Alpha!?" I ask him shock. He just nodded, so I followed up my question. "What's the name of your pack?"

"The Golden Moon Pack" He answered. Wow! Even though the golden moon pack is just the second largest in the UK, they are most well-known for having a great mighty Alpha.

"You mean Alpha Chess Grane's pack?" I ask, I can't believe this.

He laughs at my reaction "Yes. He's my grandfather." My eyes went even wider.

"NO WAY! Really? Wow! That's so cool!" I said in awe

"You seem to admire my grandfather." He says, amused.

I rolled my eyes "Well duh! He is so well known for being strong and mighty. He fights everyone that harms his pack and he doesn't even seem to fear anyone."

After that, we continue talking about non-sense stuff. Marcus went home at exactly 1 o'clock in the morning. I felt so happy that finally my family knows about him. I cant wait to meet his soon. I went in to my room, took a shower and then went to bed. Before I went to sleep, I texted my goodnight to him, I waited for a reply but it never came. Maybe he's still not at home or maybe he's asleep already knowing that it's too late I thought to myself and went to sleep.

The Next Morning

When I woke up, the first thing I check was my phone only to get disappointed when I didn't see any new messages. I ignored the pang in my heart and went to my rituals every morning. After that, I went downstairs to have some breakfast and I heard my brother and sister laughing.

"Good morning, sit down and I'll serve you your breakfast" my sister excitingly said. Early in the morning and she's already bubbly. Moments later, in front of me are pancakes and sausages with maple syrup. I smiled at my sister and said my thank you's. After breakfast, I went to the living room and browsing movies on the TV, cause there's really nothing to do on Saturdays.

"Why is it so boring!?" I said out loud. Moments later Alexander came in the living room and took the remote from me.

"Hmm? You don't have a plan with your boyfriend?" He ask

"He's not my boyfriend yet. Yes we're mates, but still. I don't even know if he really likes me or not." I huffed.

My brother shove the throw pillow at face "Why are you being so negative? It's not like you."

"Sometimes you can't just help it" I retort.

I ignored him and check my phone again. Should I text him or nah? I should right? Yeah, okay

Me: Hey, good morning. Did you get home safe last night?

I sent my message and waited for a reply.

30 minutes

45 minutes

1 hour

IT'S BEEN TWO HOURS! What is going on!? Marcus, are you okay!? Urgh this is so frustrating.

Me: Hey, I'm getting worried here! Hello!? Are you okay!?

I sent another one. After awhile, my phone lit up and I pick it up as fast as I could. I check who's it from and it's from Marcus. Finally!

From My Marcus: Hi, sorry. I was just so busy with all the paperwork. I'll call you later, okay?

Me: Oh okay. I'm sorry for disturbing you. I'll wait for your call.

Feeling satisfied, I put my phone down and now I can finally enjoy the movie my brother is watching.

I waited and waited until 10 in the evening and  didn't receive any calls or texts from him. I didn't mind that much because I know that he's really busy, there's still tomorrow.

Sunday came and I still didn't hear anything from him.

Is something wrong? Maybe I really did something last Friday that puts him off.

I went to sleep that night feeling down.
