Chapter 19: Part 2

Stacy's P.O.V

I feel like something is off. I can't tell what is is, but I feel like something is going to happen tonight. I pace around my room and end up deciding to go to Marcus's pack.

I change into a more decent clothes and teleport myself inside his pack. I was about to walk towards pack house when I notice a portal appeared not far from me and a man came out, I hid myself on the tree and watch as the man grin.

This must be Morgan.

"I'm back Chess" He says and walk towards the direction of the house on the far left. Chess, Marcus grandpa. I teleport myself inside his house and found him in the living room watching a video of his wife cooking. I glance outside the window and saw the man standing outside and started igniting red fire on his hands. I ran towards Chess and hold on to his shoulders and teleport us outside farther from his house.

"Who the hell are you and what do you think you're-" He started yelling, but was cut off when his house exploded. He stared at it shock and fall onto the ground, soon after we heard people screaming and one of them belongs to Marcus, I tried to convince Chess to stand up but he wouldn't budge, so I told him to stay still and to not let Morgan see him. I ran towards Marcus direction but didn't show myself, I stayed in the dark where I can see everything.

  "What the hell is wrong with you! You said you're not going to kill my grandpa!" Marcus yelled.

"So naive. You believe such promise? Pathetic." Morgan laugh

"You're two days earlier. Your parents died on the 22nd of November" Mr. Grane says calmly. Morgan's eyes flick, but then smirk.

"Well you see, I just came from visiting your friend Brad to hear his answer, but imagine my surprise when a barrier was set up around his pack and a strong one at that. It's been a long time since I've seen such strong barrier. That bastard. I didn't know he had a pack member who is a rare hybrid." He says sounding so piss.

Oh no.

"What do you mean?" Marcus ask confuse.

"Rare hybrids' are the only one who can create a barrier that strong, the barriers that the warlocks or the witches make are nothing like theirs and it's also hard to destroy. He got me there, he sure is a wise Alpha" Morgan explained. I saw realization on Marcus face, then looking proud and then disappointment. My heart sank. Why is he disappointed?

That distracted me and keep thinking any reason he got disappointed. The next thing I know explosion after explosion happened and I saw people after people fall to the ground. I don't feel good, I've never seen so much death before. I look at Marcus who was busy looking around that he didn't notice Morgan towards the metal door on the ground. I close my eyes and teleport myself underground just to see what's in there. I opened my eyes and was met by a lot of children, elderly's and I suppose the omegas together with Mrs. Mellow. They all stared at me, all of them look scared except Mrs. Mellow and Jacob.

Jacob smile and ran towards me, hugging my leg. Her mom look horrified and screamed.

"Hey there, little guy" I said as I lower down to level with him.

"Hi! You are so cool! You just like woosh you're in front of us! How did you do that?" He ask

"Magic. Now, I'll you a lot of it later, okay? For now, go back to your mom because it's dangerous" I say and he nodded running towards his mom.

I heard all of them gasp and I felt a presence behind me. I close my left hand tightly, turn around and punch him hard enough to send him flying outside. I ran up the stairs to go outside and follow Morgan. I stood up in front of Marcus and focus on Morgan.

"WHAT IN THE BLOODY HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE!? STACY! I TOLD YOU NOT TO COME HERE! YOU PROMISED!" Marcus yelled at me. I really wanted to talk to him, but I can't, not with Morgan here. Morgan stood up and grinned at me. What an creep.

"Finally! A worthy opponent. You're quite strong, it's been 100 years since the last time someone punch me." He says

I didn't say anything.

Morgan started forming another red fire and throw it towards me. I use my vampire ability to move faster and appeared in front of Morgan, I grab his neck and choke him the I raise him and slam him on the ground. I then formed a black fire with my other hand and hit Morgans stomach with it, he scream and choke out. I finally let go of him and look at Marcus direction. I smile at him and he smile back, I began walking towards him when I suddenly felt something hit my back and I choke out blood, I look down my chest just to see if that something pass through but instead I felt it pulled away from me and I fall down on my knees and I fall down to the ground completely, I felt pain and then my body just went numb and I can't breath properly.

I heard Marcus called out my name and cradle me in his arms.

  "Stacy? Stacy, stay with me baby, okay? Don't you dare close your eyes!" Marcus says. 

"Marcus" I called out.

"Marcus, I'm sorry. I'm sorry I didn't keep my promise" I said to him weakly. He look back at me and told me that it's okay and that I shouldn't talk right now to save energy. I reach out my hands and touch his cheeks. Me being so weak mess up all my abilities and end up letting him see every memory I had and end up letting him see the memory of me and his father talking. I saw anger in his eyes, I slowly remove my hands and mouthed 'I love you' to him before everything went dark.
