Shota was training with Denki, Eijiro, Rikido Hanta, and Mina training their quirks. He continued to give advice to each one of them, but it was in one ear out the other with some of them and the others took it out of context.

He facepalmed and ordered all of them "you need to increase your quirks power, think of Izuku's training yesterday, I'm sure you could all tell he was trying his hardest to hold the weight of that tree up, and keep his flames output at a constant rate to do that he had to push his quirk to the absolute limit, that is just ONE of the reasons he's number one in his year and passed with flying colors".

Denki then faced away from his Teacher and mumbled under his breath "and Endeavour is his father".

Shota looked at Denki "I can't disagree with that at all really but our heritage is not what makes us heroes nor our quirks but if you think otherwise you can face Izuku in a hand to hand bout no quirks at all".

The blonde just shrugged and avoided eye contact embarrassed he was caught mumbling under his breath.

"that's a no then right? Then let's continue the lesson" Shota turned around and saw Ochako and Yuga watching and told them both "train harder both of you, you both passed by the skin of your teeth".

Shota looked at his class and said "don't forget your fundamental drive it will be very important to help you improve and progress".

They all looked in agreement and continued training. Izuku approached Shota and asked him "Mr.Aizawa is All Might or any other heroes coming to the lodge. Why?"

"I just wanted to ask him something don't worry about Sensei"

Shota yawned and in a bored tone told him "we have the minimum amount of personnel to help both class 1-A and 1-B so no more heroes will be coming with Ragdoll, and All Might has to stay away due to him being a target".

Pixie-bob then made a new announcement about their game tonight and said it was called the 'test of courage'.

The students were making themselves dinner Shoto sat next to Izuku and asked "what did you want to ask All Might" Izuku looked at him and said "well I wanted to ask him to talk to Koda probably change his mind about heroes but it's cool little brother don't worry about it".

They sat silently then Izuku asked Shoto "if you don't mind me asking how'd you get your scar"?

Shoto was taken aback by his question and hesitated and said "well I got it when I was younger"

Flashback

Shoto was watching his father demonstrate how to use his flames while his older brother showed him how to use the ice then the training session was interrupted when his mother walked in the training room and slapped Enji, Shoto watched as tears rushed down his mother's face while she cursed at him aloud.

Although he didn't know what she was mad about he was sure to find out. His father went on patrol and he had woken up to his mother's voice to see that she was on the phone with who? He did not know.  But when he heard her speaking he noticed she sounded hurt and that she was crying then the sobs stopped as she silently spoke "every time I see Enji I imagine him with her. MY husband with a women I've seen and met before, or worse what if it's a female hero? Staying here at home makes it even worse, and staring at our children pains me to the core all I see is him and I get so angry".

Shoto opened the door a bit more shocking his mother she spun around accidentally hitting the boiling teapot.

The water hit onto Shoto's eye he spent the next few days in the hospital he had to have his eye bandaged up for the next month until it was fully healed. Enji stopped seeing his mistress and his wife went into a long term healthcare facility that Enji stayed away from knowing that what happened was his fault. Although Shoto did not know why she acted that way at that time he slowly learned the more and more he matured.
