Chapter 42

All Enji and Inko wanted to do was awake from this nightmare. Their son was tortured for days and they didn't notice. Enji was visibly shaking and the longer he sat the more he felt like he wanted to explode but instead, he let his flames die out. Enji changed into a white T-shirt and black jeans with brown boots. He sat next to Inko and spoke to her in a low tone "I'm sorry Inko...I should have watched over him".

"Stop" Inko said through clenched teeth. "This is MY fault. I failed my job as a mother...I should have figured it out sooner-

Inko sobbed and tears fell from her eyes as she continuously failed to complete her sentence. Enji hugged her comforting her. "I should have told him about you".

"You only meant to protect him and you were right to do so". Enji said

They held each other letting their frustrations die out with each other.

An Hour Later

Izuku jumped up inhaling deeply. Inko jumped up and hugged him while crying in tears of Joy. A few nurses entered to check on him and Inko and Enji noticed Izuku hadn't said a word to either of them no matter how much they wanted him to. Aizawa and Nezu walked in and asked for the room to be cleared. Endeavor at first wanted to stay but Inko convinced him it was for the better.

Once everyone left Nezu looked to Izuku seriously and bowed and Aizawa joined him. "As your principal and teacher, we would like to formally apologize". Izuku looked at his teachers and smiled. The same smile that had brightened up and inspired so many of his classmates in the past. "It's alright...I don't blame you at all and if I did I would have to consider myself a coward".

Nezu and Aizawa stood up and looked at the boy shame evident on their faces. Nezu spoke after moments of silence. "I'm afraid that brings us to the bad news". Izuku sat up ready to listen. "We, unfortunately, have to revoke your hero license".

Izuku's face turned to one of shock and Aizawa interjected to explain. "This decision wasn't ours it was the school's council and the police department. They believe you aren't mentally stable enough to use your quirk in public but as long as you do an hour of therapy a month you'll be able to try again next year".

"NEXT YEAR!...but I earned that license". Aizawa closed his eyes and said "yeah and if it was up to me this wouldn't be happening but I was severely out-voted". Izuku looked away in anger.

"I promise Izuku we'll catch them" Aizawa told the teen. "I know Mr.Aizawa".

"Can...can you tell my parents to go home when you leave?" Aizawa and Nezu nodded. Izuku stood up and took off the hospital gown leaving him in his underwear. He picked up a bag with a change of clothes and put on a pair of black skinny jeans. White Air Force 1's but before he could put on his shirt and jacket a nurse walked in on him while he was shirtless.

She rushed to him and said, "you shouldn't be out of bed and you haven't been signed out yet".

Izuku smiled and said "I'm signing myself out" It was then the nurse realized the patient was shirtless or more so how good he looked while he was. Izuku put on his shirt and hoodie and opened the window with a small flame. Izuku also adorned a black leather jacket and said "I'll be back before anyone even realizes it so keep this a secret okay". The nurse nodded blushing. "I'll take that as a promise" Izuku winked to her. Izuku walked and jumped out the window much to the nurse's shock. Flames shot out from his hands and as he flew up.

Izuku patrolled the streets all night beating down every Villain he came across and after he beat them he let them all go but told them all to go to the league of Villains and tell them who was responsible for their beatings.

Izuku ran back to UA and entered the UA dorms. All of his peers were asleep and he entered quietly and got into his bed his guard fully up.

(A/n if this chapter seemed a little weird it's because the next few chapters will be a buildup or filler but it will be worth it)
