What if Endeavor is the father of Izuku and what if he abandoned him for Todoroki causing Izuku to feel abandoned and what if Izuku had His Hell fire but was left to learn how to use it on his own how will this affect our new Izuku.
Izuku was standing in the middle of the gamma gym watching all of his classmates work on a special move when one of Ectoplasm's walked to him and scolded him for staring off into space.
"I don't have anything up my sleeves anymore I have to get better than where I am right now and I feel as if I've physically reached my limit".
"I may know your problem if you look around everyone superhero suit is specially designed for their quirks except yours, so i'd suggest starting there.
Izuku nodded and looked to Katsuki and saw that his gauntlet helped him to release stronger quicker explosions All Might walked to his pupil and told him "you know when you're using OFA you're just mimicking me and when you're using your Hell Flames it's Enji.
All Might walked away and left him to ponder what he said. Izuku went to the first floor to the development studio. Uraraka and Iida followed looking to get their own improvements.
When Izuku about to open the door an explosion blasted the door off and Izuku caught a girl in the process. He recognized her as the girl at the sports festival but sat her down and wiped a black mark off her face and lifted her chin Izuku looked as if he was leaning in for a kiss.
Uraraka was surrounded by a dark cloud and laughed darkly. The girl apologized and went back into her lab. A pro hero came outside of the lab and apologized and scolded the high schooler.
Izuku and watched on as power loader scolded her more for her carelessness. He then invited the trio into the room.
The trio reintroduced themselves to Mei and asked about suit changes Power Loader told them that small changes would be easy to change because he just has to report the changes he made.
Izuku asked about the big change and the pro told him he would need to make a formal written application requesting approval.
Izuku told him he'd need a big improvement and gave him his desired design, then Power Loader told him it would take three days. Like any other upgrade due to Izuku being the son of Endeavor.
1 day later
Izuku had been called by his father to an unexpected training session but when he got their his father had clippers and he told him "your hairs getting a bit too long" he said with a smile.
Izuku tried to run but failed to escape the haircut.

Izuku was training with his fire quirk he made a ball of fire and made it levitate. He then made a ball of fire around himself and made himself levitate.
If they made the hero suit the way he wanted he would not have to focus the flames around his body it would help him to levitate without having to emitt flames.
Day 3
Izuku was training his quirk and developing his special moves he decided to find a way to combine both of his quirks and he decided to train his body to withstand the power it took on his body.

Izuku got his new hero costume and Mineta complimented him on how cool it looked. Izuku was thinking of a name for his new special move.
Then he heard Katsuki yell "LOOK OUT"!
He turned and saw a boulder about to crush All Might.
He reeled back his fist and yell "Arson Smash"
A huge flame shot from Izuku's fist along with a strong force burning the boulder to ash. Izuku had combined the raw strength of OFA with the precision and powerful energy of his Hell Flames.
All Might admired Izuku's suit as small flames and green lightning created an aura that emitted from him.
Izuku took off his helmet and chuckled and said "so is that worth any extra credit Mr. Aizawa".
Shota applied eye drops to his very dry eyes and said "no, now get back to work".
Izuku crossed his arms and said "well that's not fair now is it Kacchan". Katsuki was looking on as he was still shocked that Izuku had continued to outdo him every chance he got.

Katsuki released his special move toward Izuku and yelled "how dare you outdo me again damn deku"!
Izuku saw the blast coming and extended his hand and bended the shot to the ground.
Todoroki looked at Izuku and Katsuki and was impressed with how fast they were processing.
That feeling was shared among the entire class. As they admired the two boys talent.
