It was the weekend and Izuku and Katsuki were training in room Gamma with Izuku dominating the session. The rest of Class 1-A were watching them and discussing the possible victor.
"Obviously the winner will be Midoriya" Mineta said. Kirishima argued "No offense to Midoriya but Katsuki has been training day and night to catch up with him not to mention Katsuki won't stay down that I can guarantee".
Kaminari interjected and said "well I heard that when they fought in the testing area it was a tie". Iida scoffed while pushing up his glasses and said "That statement must be false, Midoriya outclasses Bakugo in nearly every aspect".
Kaminari held up his hands and said "just saying what I heard". Uraraka then said "well we can ask them once they finish". The fight soon ended with Izuku the victor.
The entirety of Class 1-A walked to Izuku and Katsuki and Iida then asked "Midoriya when you and Katsuki fought who was it that won".
Izuku drunk his water bottle and said "I have no idea what you're talking about" causing Class 1-A to dead-pan in a comedic way.
Katsuki then told his classmates "It was a tie" as he left the room stomping his feet. Momo rubbed her chin thinking 'Midoriya doesn't forget anything so why lie about a tie'. She then snapped her fingers in realization and explained to the rest of her classmates.
"Of course it really was a tie. If Izuku had won he would just say so if he had lost then Katsuki would be bragging and since none of this has happened it was a tie. And the reason he lied about it is because he's never lost.
Izuku spits out his water that was now boiling hot due to his embarrassment. He then wiped his mouth and said " I'm gonna go do homework" he said as he left the training room.
Shock
Izuku held his hair and shook his head trying to wake up from this nightmare called a tie. He sat down paralyzed at the mere thought of it. And he eventually dozed off.
Denial
"No fricken way was it a tie, not at all, in no way was it a fricken tie I won that fight... yep totally won". Izuku shouted to the door of a sleeping Bakugo.
Iida came out of his room and said "Midoriya GO TO BED!"
Izuku then stomped his way to his room.
The next day: Anger
Izuku woke up with his hair covering his eyes and sparks rising from his body "I fucking won I know I did. And if anyone says otherwise I'll fucking kill them"
Bargaining
After a entire day of searching Izuku got a dvd of the security cameras and showed the tapes to his peers and asked them "does that look like a tie". They all nodded making Izuku replay the tape each time asking them the same question and getting the same response.
Depression
Izuku took the disc to his room watching it over and over while crying and eating rocky road ice cream. He then yelled "this is the worst action movie ever. Why? Because it ends in a tie"
Testing
"You know what will convince them it wasn't a tie... a rematch". Izuku spent hours trying to convince Katsuki to rematch him. He tried slipping him money, candy, even his room which was a bit bigger than Katsuki's was. Katsuki took the money and the candy without giving Izuku a rematch.
Acceptance
Izuku had apologized to all of his peers for the way he acted. As they all had bags and were all sleeped deprived for the entire weekend except Kyoka who blocked out the noise with with music.
Monday
All of Class 1-A were tired except a few. Aizawa saw the class and said "okay free day" he said as he zipped up his sleeping bag and dozed off. The rest of the class followed suit and went to sleep.
