My alarm clock woke me up. I had a dream about this house. Whatever is happening at the moment, it's connected to this house, or I am really going out of my mind.
I made myself ready for the day and when I was brushing my hair in front of the mirror in my room, when a little red spot on my radio caught my eye. With my fingers I went over the red spot. It looks like dried blood. Could it be? This is impossible.
I grabbed my school bag and my way downstairs to our kitchen. My mum was already sitting at the table, no sight of my dad.
„Good morning, where's dad?" I took a seat at the table.
My mum gave me a little smile. „Good morning, something happed not far from here."
I nodded and ate my toast. „Did you had a better sleep last night?"
„Yeah, uhm totally!" I gave her a fake smile.
I wished. „What did you dream?" The doorbell interrupted me. „I go." I got up and answered the door. „Hey Ella, I thought we could walk to school together." Jason smiled at me.
„Of course, just wait a second." I went back into the kitchen to grab my school bag.
My mum looked at me confused. „Who's at the door?"
„It's Jason. He wants to go to school with me. See you later! Love you!" I hugged my mum.
„Love you too!" She hugged me too.
I got out of the hug and went back to Jason. „Let's go!" I smiled at Jason.
Jason and me made our way to school. We walked by a lot of police cars surrounding the Edward's house.
„Shit, what's going on there?" Jason looked in shock at the Edward's House.
You could see many police officers which included my dad, an ambulance and a funeral car. The coach from our school was standing outside with his wife and they were both crying. What is happening here? This town was so peaceful and quiet.
„Oh shit, we need to hurry, or we're gonna be late." Jason pulled me out of my thoughts and we kept on walking to school.
„1,2 Freddy's coming for you." I heard little girls singing. My gaze turned in the direction where I heard the singing. There were the three girls jumping rope. Wait a minute. Freddy. Isn't that the creepy guy who was in my dream yesterday?
"ELLA! Come on, I don't want to go to school either but we have to."
After twenty minutes we arrived at school. Zoe and Celia were already waiting for me.
„I'm gonna leave you with these two crazy people alone." Jason laughed and walked into our school.
"You need to tell us every little detail about your little date with Mason yesterday in our break!" Zoe and Celia grinned at me.
I playfully rolled my eyes. „I will, but please let us go into our classroom. I don't want to be late!" Celia, Zoe and Me went into school and walked straight to our classroom.
I sat beside Zoe and put everything that I needed for this lesson on the table.
My mind drifted back to the little dry blood stain on my radio. This can't be from my dream, could it be?
