„El. Leave it." Natalia whispered it so quietly that only Tina and me heard it. I took a deep breath and focused on Samantha and her two friends. They were all looking almost too perfect. I don't really know Samantha or her friends, but what I get from them is they always made sure they were looking perfect before going somewhere. If you weren't perfect in their opinion, they would come after you and make jokes about you. „Why can't you leave me alone? I don't know if you saw it, but Mason is not interested." I shoot Samatha an angry glare. She smirked and came closer towards our table. „Are you really sure about that? I don't know if you know, but Mason is a suspect in Miranda's death."
„What?" Natalia and Tina said it at the same time. This doesn't make sense. I mean Mason wasn't with us all the time, but he wouldn't kill Miranda. Would he?
Samantha checked the time on her expensive watch on her wrist. „Uh, gotta go. I'm meeting with someone that is worth my time. See ya, Gray." She and her two friends made their way out of the diner.
I looked at Tina and Natalia. „Mason wouldn't kill Miranda. Or?" Natalia looked at me with fear in her eyes.
I shook my head. „No! I know him, he wouldn't do something like that." Natalia sighed. „But this makes more sense then this whole story about this Freddy." Tina looked at us both. „Natalia, I wasn't sure about this whole thing at first too, but it's real!" I looked at Tina. „Did anyone of you see him in your dreams?" They both shook their head.
„The questions are: Who or what is he? Why is he in Springwood? Why is he killing peo-" I stopped myself because I remembered the dream that I had in the library. There was this book with a power plant, and a man kidnapping children into it. I grabbed my phone from the table and searched for something. „El, is everything okay?" While searching for a number and address I nodded. „Yeah, Just looking for something." Tina sighed. „Maybe we can help you!" I looked up to see Natalia lightly smiling. „I just remembered that one dream that I had with Freddy, in the library. There was this book and in this book were pictures of a man kidnapping children into this power plant. I think it's related to Freddy."
Silence. Tina and Natalia were just looking at me. After a while Tina spoke up. „And now?"
I thought for a while. „I'm not gonna sleep tonight, I'm gonna do a research. I think it would be better if you both wouldn't sleep too."
Natalia sighed. „I don't know if I can do that. I didn't really slept yesterday, and I'm really tired."
I thought for a while. If she falls asleep, she'll never wake up. She can't risk that.
„Lia, when you fall asleep, he will get you. You will sleep forever. Tina and me, we don't want you to die! Please try to stay awake!"
Natalia sighed and nodded.
After that we decided to drive home. I really hope that we find out more about Freddy. Cause Freddy ain't taking a break, and I don't want to lose more people around me.
