chapter 10

         Ashely came to the hotel that night to help me cover a hickey with make-up then we got ready for a party. Kellz was taking everyone to a house party some guy he knew brought a house here. "How are you liking Cleveland," Ashely said curling my hair. "It's very busy" I respond. Kellz always came to visit us never the other way around. Soon Ashely was done curling my hair so it was my turn to do hers.
            I walked into the party holding rook hand tightly not knowing anyone here. "Babe I'm going to go get drinks." He said, "soda for me I have to drive you all home." I respond letting go of his hand. I made my way to a corner when he left it was very crowded in here. I noticed Kellz was talking to a girl and so was slim. Wow, they work fast I thought before snapping out of it to hear rook say "Here baby girl" as he handed me the soda I asked for.  I smiled brightly I love him calling me stuff like that and he knew it. He leaned against the wall next to me "What are you thinking about?" he asked. "watching my surroundings" I say. He looked like he wanted to ask a question but then took a sip of his drink. "Let's dance?" he finally asked "uhm?" the questioning tone in my voice was very noticeable. "Hey no one here knows you except me slim and kellz baby," he said bending down to my ear. "Plus I love the way I can make your body move," he added causing me to blush deeply. The last time I danced around rook was when he was playing the drums I guess that's what he was referring to. 
              We go outside and found an open spot to dance. He immediately pulled my hips into him an he kept a tight firm to my waist. I put my arms around his kneck moving my hips to the music as we kissed. "Beautiful moves," he said finally letting go of my lips. "I learned from watching Leaha" I respond moving my hands into his hair on the back of his head. After a few minutes, rook let go so he could get some more drink and I decided to walk around. I bumped into Kellz leaning against the wall holding a cup. "When di you get out here?" I say walking over to him.  "You were busy grinding on Rookie" he stated. I watched him go for another drink "Hey cuz how many have you had?" I asked. "Not enough baby cousin?" He said looking at me taking a sip. I sure didn't want to tell him I think he had enough so I let it be. 
            It's been 2 hours since we got to this party and I was leading rook out to the van. "Hey baby nice to see you again," a familiar voice said. I leaned rook against the van before turning to see who said it. Oh great this guy again the one from the club what is he doing here. I looked at him confused "My brother lives here I moved in with him." he said great that kelly friend. "Oh cool," I say clearly not interested I turned to see that rook was now sitting on the ground. "Oh babe," I say bending down and helping him up. Rook was getting in the van when the guy came up behind me grabbing my ass and whispering in my ear "come on baby let me show you what love is tonight." I went to shove the guy away from me but instead, I was pushed aside. 
           I fell on to the ground hitting my elbows on the pavement. I looked up to hear rook say "Watch who you are touching THAT'S MY girl, not yours!". I immediately jumped off the ground "No rook please don't fight him." I say trying to grab rook. "What do you choose this tattooed freak over me"he said. I was knocked to the ground again this time scratching up my face.
          There were no stoping rook now I seen him punched the kid in the nose. I get off the ground and rook threw the boy on the ground and was on top of him just punching and punching. I grabbed rook arm trying to get him off just to pushed back again but instead of Falling someone caught me. I looked up to see kellz  "Stay here me and slim got this," he said letting go of me. Him and slim go to break it up. The boy runs away as slim held rooks back "Dude!" slim said trying to get rooks to chill out. 
        I was honestly in shock I never seen rook fight I mean he got in some at school but I never saw them. My head and elbow hurt really bad to slim and Kelly was checking out rook and Ashely was looking me over. Kelly came over to me and seen the scratches on my face from where I hit the ground than the one on my left elbow. he placed his hand on my face "its alright it doesn't hurt" I lied "Rook look at her she got more cuts on her then you did." Kelly said. Rook turned around his nose was bleeding  "it's ok really I shouldn't have tried to break it up." I say. "You shoved her off and she got hurt rook she did now was that fight worth it," Ashely said. "I'm sorry baby I really am," he said hugging me tightly. I wrapped my arms around him lovingly. 

         Me and rook were back at the hotel and I was wipping his face. "You actually looked really hot after that fight," I say softly. "all for you," he said running his hands in my thighs "Babe," I say. "what?" he questioned. "Stop, "I say moving his hand. "Stop what?" he said. I laughed and finished and I go clean the rag. He comes up behind me holding me. "What are you doing?" I say softly as he turned me around then picked me up siting me on the counter. 
          "Its my turn to play doctor" he said taking the band aids and alcohol wipes out. "This is gonna burn a little" he said placing it on my face. He was wrong it burned a lot. I gripped his shirt tightly as he finished cleaning my cut face and elbow. I smiled and kissed him softly. "Lets get some sleep" I say and he picked me up carrying me to the bed.
