I feel bad for making some of you wait for so long. I think I'm only going to update on this on weekends, because I really don't have too much time during the week. I promise that every weekend there will be a new piece of this story posted. That's a promise!

*Miranda*
Right now, I really felt like my stomach was going to fall out of my butt. Trisha Scott was going around asking people if they knew what me, Jesse, Tyler, and Lisa talked about with each other. Questions like what there was possibly to discuss with us, seeing as we were all so different from each other. I shook my head. No, she didn't know anything. She was just being her usual nosy self. Oh god, I thought as she walked up to me and smiled.
"Hey Miranda," she greeted sweetly. I gave her a dirty look.
"What do you want?" I snapped.
"Whoa, whoa, no need for hostility. I just wanted to ask you a question," she said.
"No comment," I said, grabbing my chemistry book and slamming my locker door shut, only to remember that I left my notebook in there. "Crap," I muttered, working on opening the lock again.
"So, I saw that you were talking to Tyler Anderson this morning," she began, taking her notepad out and her tape recorder. She had her glasses on and she prepared to take notes on whatever I said. I finally got my lock open and quickly opened the locker door.
"What's it to you?" I asked her.
"I thought you hated each other," she said.
"We got stuck on a project together," I lied.
"What project?"
"Do you care?"
"Okay, well how about Lisa and Jesse. I saw those two hugging this morning and curiosity sparked in me because I know Lisa despises Jesse just like she does Tyler," she smirked.
"What makes you think I know something about that?" I snapped.
"I saw all four of you talking this morning. And trust me, honey, it wasn't about a project," she said. I slammed my locker shut again and faced her. "I know all four of you HATE each other. So what changed? Why are you all friends NOW?" she pressed.
"It's senior year. I really don't feel like leaving this school with enemies behind," I lied. She smiled and stopped her tape recorder.
"That is total bull," she said, smile fading.
"What do YOU know?"
"I know that Jesse Evans wouldn't give a damn if he had a thousand enemies in this school. Just as long as he got out of here, he wouldn't care. So why would he try to make amends with you three? And Tyler Anderson. You hate him and he hates you. He's not going to up and become friends with you," she said.
"You don't know anything," I said, bumping past her.
"I'm going to find out sooner or later!" she called after me. I was more nervous after that.
*Tyler*
"So," Trisha Scott said, leaning on the locker next to mine. Third period got out a couple seconds ago and she was already going to start bombing me with questions.
"What do you want Scott?" I growled.
"Just wanna know why you're good friends with Miranda James now, Anderson," she replied innocently.
"How about you leave me alone and mind your own business?" I asked.
"You know, she had a similar reaction when I talked to her earlier this morning. She really didn't want to talk to me about this and I can't help but wonder why," she said. She was pissing me off already.
