Now I really could have sworn that I posted this up yesterday. Hmm......

But I guess I didn't. I apologize for making you antsy people wait so long. And I'm especially sorry for making this chapter pretty damn short. And I'm pretty damn sure that I was supposed to upload on one of my other stories, but hey! I've got tomorrow night, don't I?

For the shortness and lateness of this part, I'll be making an early post for this story on Wednesday- snow day or not. Hope you guys don't hate me!

My phone vibrated and I, thinking it was Tyler, answered it.

"Hey Ty!"

"So you ARE together?" that teasing voice I hated asked. I clenched my fist.

"What do you want?" I said so venomously that it would have made ebb Jesse shrink away with fear.

"That was a drastic mood swing. Are you sure you aren't the pregnant one?"

"What do you want, Trisha?"

"Just to ask you a few questions."

"You didn't hear the first question."

"Fine, ask away."

"Why-"

"I still haven't asked anything."

"Yes you did," I said simply. "You asked 'why?' and I said no comment."

"You ARE the clever one," she laughed.

"Thank you for the compliment. Now have a pleasant evening-"

"Why did you try to burn your shirt?" she asked quickly before I could hang up on her.

"What?" I asked shakily. No. There was no way she........there's no way that shirt even EXISTED. I burned it. WE burned it all. How did that little gutter rat get her claws on it?

"You heard me."

"I-I don't know what you're talking about, but I'm sure whatever it is, it's stupid. So again, have a pleasant evening." With that, I hung up on her and let out a huge sigh. How the he'll did she know about that? How did she even know it was mine? How did-..........she saw the logo. I remember that bowling party that now seems like years ago. I remember wearing that damn shirt and her asking me about it. And me telling her it was one of a kind and I got it off the internet. Which really wasn't a total lie. I DID order it on the internet. I asked my cousin, who made t-shirts, to make me a BFS tee and she agreed to. And Miranda saw the damn thing at the party and asked me about it. I told her it was one of a kind and now I was really starting to regret that. Was she going to tell? Would she tell the police that she found the shirt there? Or would she take the same road Joe took, and demand something from all four of us in exchange for her silence. In short, would she blackmail us? If so, then I was more than positive I knew what we were all prepared to do about it.

"DAMMIT!" Dad screamed out. I swear. One day I would just lash out at him, purely from the sound of his voice. Mom ran into my room and slammed the door shut behind her and locked it. He banged and shook the door, screaming at us to open the door.

"Mom, remind me again why we're not going to the cops?"

"Tyler," she scolded me.

"Mom we HAVE to go."
