Chp. 6 The Newcomer! Aiga Akaba

"Rikka, how long are you going to stay slumped over in that chair?" Yuuta asked. "Until my bey is finished" she replied. "Well you're going to have to wait a couple more days until then". Rikka moaned. Yuuta, Rikka and the others had settled into their new school. Yuuta had made a few new friends at the beyclub, but some were still curious about Rikka. Nibutani had joined the cheerleading club. Kumin and Deko had joined a new napping club at the school. And Isshiki started to play the guitar at the music club. Everything started going smoothly. Just then a beyclub member ran to Yuuta and Rikka in the cafeteria. "Yuuta! You have to come quick!" he yelled across the room. "Why, what's going on?". "Someone is challenging Fubuki to a battle, and he's defeating everyone in the beyclub". "Do not fret, friend" Rikka said. She stood on top of the table. "Yuuta will vanquish the foe with the power of-". Just then Yuuta hit Rikka on the head sharply. "Calm down. If this guy really is this strong, we'll have to be careful". The two nodded and they ran to the beyclub. When they ran in the room Sam was about to battle. He loaded his launcher and went into his launching stance. "Sam! What are you doing?!" Yuuta yelled. Sam looked towards Yuuta. "I can't just let this guy come here and cause trouble". The count down was about to start. "There he goes again" Yuuta thought to himself. "3! 2! 1! Go, Shoot!". Both Orion and a red bey flew into the stadium. "Let's see how tough you really are!" Sam said. Orion took the center. The red bey on the other hand, was closing in fast for an attack. "Z Shoot!" the opponent said. The red bey headed for Orion and struck it, but Orion was unharmed. The red bey then went into a flower pattern and attacked Orion repeatedly. "Gotcha!" Sam said with a grin. "Orion! Cosmic Wall!". A purple aura glowed around Orion and it's bit beast came out of the bey. The red bey was headed straight for Orion. " Z Buster!" Sam's opponent yelled. A bright red aura glowed around the red bey and a knight in red armor came out of the bey with a large sword. The two beys clashed, for a moment. Not long after, Orion burst! Sam was in shock of what just happened. His opponent picked up his bey and held it to Sam. "That's my Achilles for ya'" he said. The boy had a red jacket with an upside down A on the back and a white shirt under it. He wore black shorts and red running shoes. A red "A" was on his face and he had red hair tied up in a ponytail. Just then, Fubuki, and two others entered the room. "Finally" the boy said. "Who are you" Fubuki asked. "My name is Aiga Akaba, the best blader around! I heard you had a Super Z bey, so I came to battle you". Fubuki paused for a moment. "The best blader around, huh? I don't like people with big talk, so I'll knock you out of the stadium quickly". Fubuki walked to the other side of the stadium and stepped a few paces from it. "Alright! Don't be surprised if you lose!". Both bladers loaded their launchers. "3! 2! 1!". Just then, Fubuki jumped forwards and stopped in front of the stadium. "Go, Shoot!". Emperor Forneus Took the center quickly, while Achilles circled the stadium. "Go Achilles! Z Shoot!". Achilles went in a flower pattern and attacked Forneus repeatedly. "Forneus, Emperor Guard!". When Achilles attacked, Forneus kept spinning as if nothing happened. "Ok, how about this?" Aiga said. Achilles went in for another attack. "Z Buster!". When Achilles struck Forneus, it sent it out of the stadium. "Z Achilles. One point with a ring out finish" the referee said. "Alright!" Aiga yelled. Fubuki picked up Forneus and loaded his launcher again. Aiga did the same, except he had a large smile on his face. "3! 2! 1! Go, Shoot!". Forneus once again took the center of the stadium. Achilles waited a moment before attacking. "Achilles, Z Shoot!" Aiga said. "Forneus, Emperor Guard!". Achilles began attacking Forneus but it had no affect. When Achilles hit Forneus again, Forneus slid back, and was drifting on the side of it's driver. "Forneus!" Fubuki yelled. "Emperor Drift!". A light blue aura glowed around Forneus and a large black shark with glowing blue stripes on it's side came out of the bey. "Achilles! Z Buster!". Just then, the band that held Aiga's hair in a ponytail ripped apart. Once again, a red aura flared up around Achilles and a knight in red armor and a large sword came out of it. Almost immediately, Forneus burst Achilles. A moment later, Aiga passed out on the ground. Everyone came rushing towards him. A girl with blue overalls, blue hair, and a white and blue hat, was shaking Aiga, making sure he was alright. Then, Aiga started snoring. "He's just asleep" she said. Fubuki was still in front of the stadium. "He must have been tired from battling over a hundred bladers. If I battled him when he was a full strength..." he thought. Then the principal came. "My, what a persistent boy. Battling so many bladers and beating them all is quite a feat". Yuuta and Rikka walked over to the boy. The principal looked at Yuuta for a moment. "Excuse me young lad" he said. "Would you help me get this boy to my office?". "Me? Sure." Yuuta said. "I'll help" the girl in blue overalls said. "I'm Aiga's little sister, Naru Akaba. Nice to meet you". Yuuta smiled. "Same here. Your brother's pretty strong. I'd like to get to battle him myself if you guys have time". The girl nodded. "Actually, we're new transfer students here". Yuuta was surprised. "Really? Well let me be the first to welcome you to beigoma academy".
