"What's up with Freddie?" Emma nodded towards the corridor behind me where Freddie leant against the lockers surrounded by his group of friends, he looked away when my eyes met his.
I turned back to Emma and shrugged, "I don't know, do you think he's mad at me or something?" I could never live knowing he was annoyed because of me.
"Hmm, I don't think he's mad, just concerened maybe, he won't stop looking at you," I looked back at Freddie. She was right, he's been watching me since the slight dissagreement this morning.
"Should we go get food then?" pushing herself of the locker whilst grabbing my hand and pulling me to the cafeteria. After buying a coke I sat next to Emma, when she looked at what I had bought her face turned to concern.
"That's all you're getting?" I nodded at her, shrugging, "I'm not particularly hungry," I looked at her to see her face still frowning."What?!"
She picked up a chip off her plate and thrust it infront of my face, " Eat it," now it was my turn to frown, "Uhm, why?" rolling her eyes she ignored my question, "Just eat it!"
Plucking the chip out of her hand I gave her on more glance to make her realise that I thought she was being weird, I ate the chip and she sighed. "Okay, what was all that for?"
"Oh, to make sure that you wern't on some weird diet to become even more skinny," laughing she started eating her food.
I felt a hand grab my shoulder as someone sat down next to me, seeing Freddie I relaxed now that he seemed to not be mad at me. "Hey," running a hand through his dark hair he grinned at me.
"What's happenin?" I was happy that he was talking to me again, the last three periods had been pretty lonely since we usually talked during the two minute class change. Pulling me into his chest, I laughed into his grey shirt, "What are you doing?" pulling me back to face him, he looked me in the eyes. "No problems with the others yet? Because if they even touch you I will kill them," I laughed again at his remark, shaking my head, "No, I haven't seen any of them,"
Sighing he looked at my drink, "Good." his eyes turned back to mine concerned, "That's not all you're having for lunch is it?" rolling my eyes I grabbed a chip off Emma's plate and ate it dramatically, "See, I'm still eating!" laughing softly he shook his head, "Good, I gotta go though, maths detention to attend," he winked at me, punching him in the arm I glared at him, "What did you do?"
He stood and grabbed his bag, leaning over and planting a kiss on my fore head, "Skipping class," he shrugged like it was nothing, rolling my eyes I pushed him lightly in the chest, "Go already before you're late!" he laughed and ruffled my hair and jogged away before I had a chance to say anything about it.
I turned back to Emma who was looking at me expectantly, "What's the look for?" she shook her head and started poking at her food. I asked her again and she just looked at me, resting her head on her hand. "Do you really not see it?" I cocked an eyebrow at her, waiting for her to explain further. She shook her head and sighed, "Nothing,"
I rolled my eyes at her and pulled my bag strap onto my shoulder, "I gotta go to English for that talk with Mr. Riley, talk to you tonight," I pulled her into a quick hug and made my way to English class.
