"I got it," I said getting up to open the door. "Selene!" Jordan said running into the house. "Guess we don't have to pick her up," I said chuckling. "So she wasn't lying to me?!" Jordan yelled to my dad. My dad shook his head and laughed. "I love you guys so much!" She screamed. "We love you too," my dad said. "Are you guys ready?" my mom asked. I nodded and ran upstairs to grab my things. We got into the car and drove to the airport. "New York, here we come," Jordan and I said in unison.

"Ouch. Jordan that hurts," I said as she pulled my hair into a high ponytail. "Shush," she said as she tied it."I'm going to lose brain cells with this ponytail," I said as she put the pink glitter on my hair. "Complain again and I'm going to restart," she threatened. I whined quietly and stood up. I went to the mirror and fixed my clothes while Jordan picked up her mess."Ready?" She asked putting on her boots. I nodded and out on my boots as well. "Let's go," she said linking her arm through mine. "You girls ready?" My dad asked as we walked outside. We nodded and got into the car.

"I'm so glad you could come!" The little girl's dad said as we entered the house. I looked up and into his icy blue eyes that resembled my own. I looked away as he turned towards me. "And you must be Selene," he said. I looked at him and smiled. This time when I looked at him, I saw myself. Not just the eyes, but his face as well. Everything about him reminded me..of me. It was like I was his other half. I smiled politely and nodded. "Sarah! Come downstairs for a minute!" he yelled. I heard little feet running downstairs and a gasp before a little girl ran up to me and grabbed my leg. "Hi! My name's Sarah and I really really love you!" she exclaimed. "Hi Sarah!" I said kneeling down to her height. She looked kind of like me when I was younger. Why did this family look more like me than my own? I wondered. I pushed the thought out of my mind and stopped thinking about it. "Will you come play with me?" she asked. I nodded and she pulled me upstairs. Everything here seemed so familiar but I just...couldn't remember.
