"Yes 'father'?" I asked sarcastically. "Let me explain," he said. "Ok, go ahead. Try your best to explain why you lied to me for my whole life," I said crossing my arms. "I didn't lie to you. I mean I did but-" he started. "Please. Just leave me alone," I said as I tried to walk away. "Will you at least come back to the hotel?" He said. "I don't want to be around you," I responded. "Will you go with Ace then?" He asked. "Fine. If it gets you to leave me alone. Where is he?" I asked. He pointed down the hall and I turned to see Ace walking towards us. He didn't say anything and motioned for me to follow him. We went to his car and got in. We both didn't say a word the whole way back to his house. I walked inside and stood awkwardly. "You can sit wherever you like," he said quietly. "Where's Jordan?" I asked. He pointed upstairs and I nodded. I walked quietly upstairs and found Jordan playing with Sarah. "Selene!" They both yelled running towards me. They hugged me tightly and then sat me on the bed. "I'm fine guys," I laughed as they asked me if I was okay over and over again. "What did the doctor say?" Jordan asked. "He gave me pills," I said. Should I tell her? I wondered. After a while of thinking and playing with them I decided to keep it to myself for now.
·Unkown POV· (Third person)
It was getting late and everyone was headed to bed. Selene couldn't sleep. She sat there for hours, trying to get some rest but it just wouldn't come to her. She finally gave up and let her mind wonder. She stared at the ceiling what had caused her life to go so wrong in so little time. She thought she had everything. But maybe what she had wasn't what she needed. She climbed out of bed quietly and walked down the hall. She walked up to the door and thought for a while. She wanted to knock but was afraid of what would happen when the door was open. She didn't know what to say. She sighed before turning around and heading back to her room. She had only walked to steps when the door opened and someone said, "Selene?"
