Naruto's pov

I lifted my Kunai knife up and deflected the other one hurtling towards me.I did the same to another and another.I focused on my hearing as i tried to dodge all the weapons coming at me.Left, Left, Right, Left, Right, Right.There was a pattern.

I pulled out six kunai knives and dodged three more before throwing all the knives in different directions.I heard multiple growls and groans meaning i hit my targets.

I took the blindfold off to see my six teammates all pinned to a tree with one kunai knife.I made sure not to hit skin but their clothes might need to be patched up.

"Good job, " Neji smiled.I smiled with a tint of blush.I wasn't blushing cuz i liked him, i have a very big ego and he just boosted it a bit.Kiba didn't seem to like it though.

"I mean you could have been quicker.Actual enemy's wont hesitate, " Kiba stated.

"Yes i know.It's harder than it looks to just rely on one of your senses while your others want to work as well, " I mumbled.

"Well we still have Kiba and Akamaru who both are very good with their noses so you can have more time to practice unless they just magically disappeared, " Lee patted my shoulder.I turned to face my bushy eyebrow friend.

"Thank you Lee.Your so supportive.The youth these days just don't get it, " I chuckled.

"Youthhh, " He shouted and then chuckled.I smiled and patted his head.

"Now me and you need to do some one-on-one training to work on your speed.Your getting older and the speed you had when your 12 was much more faster then it is now, " He hung his head in shame.

"Yeah i've been slacking a bit, " He admitted.

"Then let's get back into shape.Let's do 250 laps around the whole village with no breaks, " Naruto smirked.

"Make it 300 and i'm in, " Lee looked excited.

"Last one to finish buys the other dinner, " We shook on the deal and counted down before running off.

Shino's pov

"They are both going to boost each other's ego so far that...something bad will happen, " I didn't know how to explain how bad it will be.

"Deep down Naruto and Lee are still two small boys who had a bad childhood and do everything they can to forget it even if it does make them grow a big ego.They deserve it, " Neji sighed.

"We all know they are gonna tie, remember they have no money, then come find us and beg for money, right, " Shikamaru sighed.

"Then let's go out to eat.I have nothing better to do, " Kiba shrugged.

"Who's paying, " Chaji asked.

"I will, " I shrugged, "I got extra money on one of my missions and I don't need it so why not, " Kiba looked like he was about to cry.

"You are my best friend, " Kiba placed his hand on my shoulder and sniffled a bit.I rolled my eyes and patted his head.

"Yay food, " Choji smiled.
