Chapter 7

"Tell me something " for some days now lucy have been bothering me.

"Lu...cy, nothing is going on" I begged.

"Don't tell me that, you and I know that you have been acting strange for the past two weeks, either you lock up yourself in your room having intense phone call or you smile sheepishly gazing at one direction, come on Ella what's going on? "

Arrrgh, why don't she leave me alone, she's a pest.

We were disturbed by a knock on the door, I ran to the door and opened it to my greatest surprise it was Claire.
"Oh Claire, I missed you" We shared a hug. I took her bag placing it on the couch, Lucy came to us with an unknown expression on her face.

"Lucy, this is Claire a very good friend of mine from Chicago, Illinois. "I said turning to Claire "...and Claire, this is Lucy the one I told you about ".

"Ooww... nice meeting you again Lucy knight " Claire said smiling.

"You too but you mean to tell me that we've met before?" Lucy asked.

"Yeah.. of course, we attended the same highschool, remember the girl that spilled hot coffee on you mistakenly at the cafeteria" Claire asked Lucy.

"Oh. My. God....Claire Anderson, it has been so long, you really remembered the incident, it was really funny and shameful " Lucy laughed hugging Claire tightly. I guess Claire isn't breathing.

"You know I was so sorry for that"

"Claire, don't be sorry that was a long time ago" Lucy said.

Okay, okay chill.

"Girls, I think am being left out now " they both laughed at me duh that was not funny.

"Actually, I am here for sleepover" Claire said with a dull tone.

"Wow, I love that, hope you will staying for long" Lucy asked Claire, pouting.

"Not really, just for the weekend " Claire answered.

"Yay!!, that's great at least I won't have someone who hide things from me" Lucy said eying me.

"shut up " I gave her a dead look "Claire would be sleeping in my room, right Claire?"

"No, she's sleeping in mine" lucy yelled dragging Claire beside her.

"No way"

"Yes way"

"First thing first, I said that first" I smirked.

"Just let her to choose, okay?" lucy suggested.

"You know we have other empty rooms " I yelled at her.

"Okay, I will just take one of the empty rooms....you girls are really quarrelsome" I took Claire to her room and sat down on the bed.

"Ella, you have been living in this stunning house, you must be really enjoying "

"She's really nice to me" I said placing my hand to my chest being sincere.

We talked and lay on the bed when Lucy barged in with an angry face.

"This is called cheating, you girls left me downstairs all alone" lucy yelped.

"Oww...we are so sorry "Claire pleaded.

"That won't stop me from doing what I planned to do now" she said jumping in between us. No no no no..

"Lucy!!!" Claire yelled.

"Oh no...my bone just cracked" I said hitting lucy.

"It should have just crushed, it's all your fault, now shift both of you" Lucy squealed.
