Lorenzo POV

I woke up to my beautiful wife and couldn't help but smile. Alex's advice really worked. Me being home and just spending time with her is just amazing. We are getting to know each other more and I'm glad.

Today was going to be a chill day in the house with her. Alexandrea and Romeo have been going out for the past 2 days and Elena is spending time with my mother and Humphrey is off at home. It seems like when miles moved here he become more of family then a servant. I mean he was always close but we're now closer. I think miles like him more then me.

I slowly got out of the bed making sure I didn't wake miles. She's been having a little back pains.

I went into the kitchen and began to make strawberry French toast , hash browns , cheese eggs , bacon and spinach salad just how miles like it.

Today was all about her.

Just as I was setting the table she walked in with my oversized t-shirt hanging off her shoulders and a sloppy bun. She rubbed her eyes and yawned.

Me: good morning beautiful

Miles: morning babe

She pecked my lips and looked around.

Miles: It smells really good

Me: thanks your plate is on the table I'll bring the orange juice

Miles: wait can you make me some glow juice ?

By glow juice she means green juice.

Me: you already have a spinach salad so do still want that ?

Miles: oh ok well never mind

After we ate miles got into the shower. I went into the adjacent bathroom to do the same until I heard her call me.

Miles: LO !!!!

I turned and knocked on the door.

Miles: come in

I swear I walked into a sauna.

Me: wassup ?

Miles: get in with me

I was shocked because this will literally be the first time seeing her body since the rape.

I hesitantly took of my clothes and got in. She walked over and placed her head on my chest and wrapped her arms around me.

Miles: I missed being in your touch

Me: me too

We stood there for a minute in a peaceful silence

Miles: don't be afraid to touch me your ok

I slowly wrapped my arms around her and put my head on top of hers. I felt her baby bump press into me which meant she was moving closer.

Elena POV

Today I'm with my mom. She's been dealing with a lot. For the past couple weeks she hasn't been feeling her best. I haven't told Lorenzo because he still has to worry about miles and her pregnancy.

Me: ma you wanna come over and stay with me

Mom(Arabella): no no I'm fine. Lorenzo needs to worry about my grand kids and I'm fine with your father.

Me: ma dads invested in his work you need more attention

Mom(Arabella): Elena ! Honey I'm fine. I love you baby E

I kissed her hand and hugged her arm.

Me: love you to mamma

My mom may not like it but she needs to be viewed 24/7 either an at home nurse or me. My mother will not go any where no time soon. My dad doesn't see the big picture here. Mom is sick.

Just my luck as I was walking out my father was walking in.

Dad(Montes): what are you doing here Elena ?

Me: well hello to you to father and I'm here taking care of my mother your wife !

He just made me so angry

Dad(montes): watch your temper little E you know what I'll do

That just put the icing on the cake. My past with my father was horrible. He did some really bad hurtful things to me that no man should ever do to their daughter. I haven't told anyone about it so it gives him an advantage.

Miles POV

So we're sitting on the bed watching my favorite movie " wild child "

Me: babe

Lorenzo: yes

Me: I've been thinking

Lorenzo: about ?

Me: I wanna move back to Atlanta ..... After I have the babies. You know they can have 2 homes.

Lorenzo: no.... I mean I'll think about it

Is he my boss ?!

Me: what do you mean you'll think about it ? You're not my father so you cannot keep me tied down here ! I have a home and a family in Atlanta

Lorenzo: I didn't mean it like that miles

Me: mmmhmm Lorenzo shut up and watch the movie

Lorenzo: you mad at me ?

Me: nope

Lorenzo: your lying

Me: I'm annoyed not mad

Lorenzo POV

Man I have decisions to make ........ Miles wants to go back to the A but there's things that WE have to do. She can't leave Italy. Not yet not for awhile.
