I can hear the angels singing above the clouds,
It's a minor falsetto, but it's oh so loud.
Just like the waves crashing in my head,
They replace my optimism with horrific dread.I want to feel peace with my soul,
I'm sick of the conflict, it's growing old.
I can see the sun peeking from behind the clouds,
It's so beautiful, I can hear the angels again, and that wonderful sound,
But, now, as the lyrics bounce around in my head,
There's a whisper, I can hear all the good things being said. You've offered me hope,
When I felt like everybody was laughing, at this life of mine I always thought was a joke.
You offered me solace,
When I feared that what I loved to do, was no longer fit for practice.
Who you are is who I want as mine,
Your star, is my favorite part of the sky.
Heaven is a place with you, wherever that may be,
I promise you, my feelings are pure, you fit me perfectly. You are a god and a goddess, all mixed as one,
You have no idea how much I love it, a sophisticated kind of fun.
I love you and everything you gave to me,
I can't remember the last time I was this happy.
If I know one thing that is true,
Heaven will always be a place with you,
Heaven is a place with you.
