Chapter 8

(An hour later, Jordan was coming back with breakfast from Starbucks for Natalie and him ) Jordan got into the parking lot and called Natalie to tell her that he was coming on the boat. (Jordan got back on the boat andgave Natalie the breakfast) Natalie: " Aww thank you, you didn't have to get me breakfast." Jordan: " You're welcome, I felt bad leaving you here, so I got you breakfast." (Natalie hugged Jordan) (Natalie and Jordan ate there breakfast.) Jordan: "What do you think we should do next?" Natalie: " Idk, What would you like to do?" Jordan: " Well my dad said that the Marina called him to tell him that his car was in the parking lot. So I don't want him to get another call saying that the car is back so maybe we can have round two another time." Natalie:" Yea, That sounds good. I don't want to worry my mom." (They cleaned up the boat and made the bed.) Jordan helped Natalie off the boat. They both walked to the car. He opened the car door for her. Natalie: "Thank you."Jordan: "No problem." (Jordan hopped into the car.) Natalie: "Can you drop me off like 2 houses before mine?" Jordan:"Yea, sure . Why?" Natalie:" I don't want my mom to see your car because I told her I was with Austin." Jordan:" Oh ok, Yea." ( Jordan dropped Natalie off 2 houses down from hers.) Natalie: " Thanks  you for a really nice time." Jordan: " Your welcome." ( They kissed and Natalie walked out of the car.)( Jordan watched Natalie walk her house to make sure she got home safe until he drove away.) (When Jordan got home his mom asked him where he was) Jordan:" Mom I am fine, I am going to bed." Jillion:" Ok, I am glad that you are home." (Jordan took and nap.) Jillion: " Jordan there is someone here that wants to talk to you." ( Jordan opened his eyes. It was Vanessa.)  Vanessa:" Hi babe, I missed you." Jordan:" Hi, I missed you too, how was your trip." Vanessa: "It was so much fun but I still wish you were there, So what did you do when I was gone." Jordan:" Oh, Just  hanged out with the guys, You know doing football stuff." Vanessa:" Yea, School is starting soon." Jordan:" Yea I have to get ready for the season so I can get into a good college." Vanessa:" Yea, well I should go, I am pretty jet lagged from my trip but I just wanted to see you." (Jordan looked at the clock it was 7:00.) Jordan:" Did you eat dinner, if you didn't maybe we can go get something." Vanessa:" No, Not yet." Jordan:" Well let's go get something then you pick the place." Vanessa:" Ok but fist let me ask my mom." ( Vanessa was on the phone with her mom.) Jordan ( said to himself): "Why is she acting so weird, Did gabby say anything to her about last night?" Vanessa got off the phone) Vanessa:"Yea, We can get something quick for dinner but then I have to be home." Jordan: " Ok , You pick" Vanessa:" How about we bbq and have a nice picnic on the beach." Jordan: " ok then let see what we have." (Jordan and Vanessa walked down stairs to the kitchen.) Jordan:" We have chicken that we can make with potatoes." Vanessa:" Yea that's good with me." ( Vanessa grab the chicken and potato that Jordan mom made. They walked outside to the beach.) Vanessa:" It is a really nice night." Jordan: " Yea." ( Off in the distance there was two people walking) ( As they got closer Jordan could see that it was Natalie and a guy walking.) Jordan" Umm, I will be right back I am going to get water inside, Do you want a drink?" Vanessa:" Umm, Water is fine." ( By the time Jordan walked back out with the waters Natalie and the guy was gone.) Vanessa: " So, Your mom told me that they are having a party on the boat in 2 weeks." Jordan:" Yea really, I didn't know about that." Vanessa:"Yea it is supposed to be a end of the summer party before we go to school." (Vanessa and Jordan are done with dinner) buzz buzz... Vanessa looks down at her phone. Vanessa: "My mom just texted me she wants me home in 30 minutes." Jordan:" Oh ok." ( They picked up there plate and walked inside.) Vanessa: Thank  you for dinner, I am glad that I came over here because I got to see you, I really missed you Jordan." Jordan:" You're welcome, I missed you too." (Jordan walked Vanessa to her car.) Vanessa:" I love you." Jordan" I love you too." ( Vanessa got in her car and drove away.) As Jordan is waking up stairs to his room. Jillion:" You need to be up at 9:00." Jordan:" Ok mom, why?" Jillion:" We are having people coming with us on dad's boat at 1:00." Jordan:" Ok,  I will get up at 9:00, good night."
