Chapter 12

It was now 7:30pm and everyone was tried from the boat ride of that day. Jason docked the boat in his spot. Jordan:" So Vanessa, Is your mom getting you? Vanessa:" Umm, No my mom and dad went out." Jordan;" So how are you getting home?" Vanessa:" When you were down stairs fixing your problem I ask you mom if you could take me home." Jordan:"Oh ok." Amy hugged Jillion. Amy:" Thank you so much for letting us hope on your boat." Jillion:" No problem, your welcomed any time." (Frank shook Jason's hand.) Frank:" Thanks you for inviting us." Jason:" No problem, buddy." (Vanessa hugged Natalie.) Natalie:" It was nice to see you." Vanessa:" Yea, nice to see you too." (Austin hugged Vanessa. While Natalie walked over to Jordan to give him a hug.) Jordan whispered in Natalie ear. Jordan:" I will text you later when I get home, So we can see each other again because I would love to see you again." Natalie whispered back"   Ok, I would love that." Natalie walked away to say good bye to Jordan's parents. About 60 minutes later everyone was off the boat. It was 9:30 when Jordan got home he texted Natalie. Jordan:" Hey I just got home. Are you alone?" Natalie:" Yea, I am alone for right now. What's up?" Jordan:" So I had a great time with you today." Natalie:" Yea me too." Jordan:" So if your not doing anything on Thursday maybe we can meet up." Natalie:" Yea, maybe we can. It sounds like fun." (Jordan got ready for bed.) As he crawled in to bed, his phone chirped. He looked down, he saw a text from Vanessa. Vanessa:" Hi baby, Do you want to come over tomorrow?" Jordan:" Umm... Let me see and I'll let you know." Vanessa:" Oh, Let me know." Jordan looked at his schedule. Jordan texted back" Tomorrow is good with me, baby." Vanessa:" Ok Baby I will text you a time to come over." Jordan:" Ok." Vanessa:" Ok, Love you 😘." Jordan:" Love you too."
When Jordan got up he looked at his phone. He had 2 text messages. One from Natalie and one from Vanessa. He decided to open the message from Vanessa first. It said " hey baby come over around 7:00 o'clock. Brad and Gabriella are going to be meeting us at the carnival." Then he opened the message from Natalie. It said" Hey Jordan. How did you sleep?" Jordan wrote back" Hey Natalie, I slept ok. How did you sleep." After pressing send Natalie bubble with three dots came up. (She was typing.) Then a second later Jordan phone rang. A message from Natalie popped up. Natalie:" I slept ok too. I could stop thinking about our kids." Jordan typed back " Yea me too." Then he decided to text Vanessa back " Ok see you at 7:00 honey." Jordan showed up at Vanessa house at 6:50. So he went around the corner and texted Natalie. Jordan:" hey Natalie. What are you doing." Natalie:" Hey Jordan, Nothing much, you." Jordan:" Nothing what are you doing later." Natalie:" I don't know, I think Austin want to go the the carnival." Jordan:" Oh that's cool, sound like fun." Natalie:" You should come so we can sneak off and have a kiss." Jordan thought about that. Maybe I will try to convince Vanessa to go and me and Natalie can kiss on the beach so no one can see us. (Jordan texted back.) Jordan:"Yea, that sounds like a fun idea. I love running around with you." Jordan looked at the clock it was 7:00 so he turned his car around at drove to Vanessa house. Jordan got out of his car and walked up to the door. Vanessa:" Hi baby." Jordan:" Hi honey." Vanessa:" So Gabriella texted me and asked if I wanted to go to that carnival later around 7:45. I told her I would ask you." Jordan:" Yea babe that sounds fun." Jordan wanted to take his phone out and text Natalie but he know she would know something was up. The couple went upstairs to Vanessa room. Vanessa mom yelled:" You keep that door open, you hear me young lady." Vanessa pushed Jordan in her room and went down the stairs where Jordan would hear her yell back. Vanessa:" Yes mom, I understand." Vanessa ran upstairs. Vanessa:" Sorry about that." Jordan:" No problem." Vanessa mom yelled again:" Vanessa your food  is here." Vanessa:" Sorry Jordan I will be right back again." Jordan:" Yea, sure." While Vanessa was down stairs getting the food Jordan took out his phone and began texting Natalie. Jordan:" Hi Natalie, so I am also going to be at the carnival tonight. Hope to see you there so we can sneak off and have a night kiss." Jordan heard Natalie coming up the stairs. Before he put his phone away he wanted to see if Natalie texted back. Natalie:" Ok sound great. Let me know when you are going to be sneaking away and where you want to meet." Vanessa came back to the room with pizza."  Vanessa:" What are you doing?" Jordan:" I was just looking at the time." Vanessa:" Oh ok." (They both ate the pizza and started on their way to carnival.) As they reached the carnival Vanessa saw Gabriella. Both girl ran and hugged each other. Jordan saw Brad. Brad:" Yo, What's up man." Jordan:" Nothing, what's up with you." Brad:" Nothing, you exited to go back to school next week." Jordan:"School starts next week." Brad:" Yea man." Jordan:" Oh man, what happened to the summer." Brad:" I don't know man you tell me." (The couples stared walking to go on a ride. Vanessa and Gabriella was walking in front of the boys.) Brad turned to Jordan. Brad( in a quiet voice): " So what's up with you and Natalie." Jordan hissed back:" What do you mean?" Brad:" Well I thought maybe you too are doing something." Jordan:" No, there is nothing going on. He dad and my dad are business partners." Brad:" Oh is that why she want on the boat." Jordan:" Yea my parents and her parents are good friends." Brad:" Ok man. I just thought something was going one between you too." Jordan:" No if there was something going on, which there is nothing then I wouldn't be with Vanessa. That is wrong." Brad:" You know, your right. You could never handle two girls and if you were you would probably have told me by now." They boys met up with the girls on line and didn't say a word about the conversation that they just had.
