Chapter 17: Self Destruction

Wednesday

Yn's POV

So... I decided to go to work today. Honestly I've wasted a whole week off work and my social life just because I let Jacob cheating on me depress me to the point I'm becoming lonely and lazy. Lol no more. He isn't going to continue to make me feel this way, but honestly how stupid can this man get. For crying out loud it's soon our wedding day and that's what he's been doing. That's probably what the little 'business trips' he takes every so often are for. Those stinking booty bitches he's hooking up with behind my back🙄

I went to work, getting back on track with everything even my gym routine. As soon as I got home from work, I got changed into my gym clothes. Jacob was downstairs, watching basketball. Why is he even home early? Kmt! Whatever, I don't even care. I was leaving the house when Jacob stopped me to ask

"Where are you going?"

"No where far", I pulled a fake smile

"Alright, well I'm going out later, with the guys from work so I'll be back late"

"Sure you will", I left and slammed the door behind me

Jasmine picked me up to go to the gym. I wasn't going to drive Jacob's car. I just didn't want too. He could've had plenty girls in his car, for all I know. Jasmine came and picked me up in Rico's car

Jasmine's POV

We were doing our workouts but I was distracted when Yn looked fierce, doing the sit ups like that. We supposed to be doing this workout at the same paste but Yn was going too fast, I couldn't keep up then she added a little thing to the work out. So every time she got back up she would strike her fists two times. I really couldn't, I paused and took a water break. Yn carried on and she went over 100 which the sit ups where supposed to be 100 in the first place

"Yn...", I shook her arm, "YN!!..."

She stopped and looked at me

I chuckled, "Relax, you look like your going to break yourself, going that fast. Take a break, here", I passed her my spare bottle of water

She sat there, but she looked really distracted like something was on her mind

"You seem distracted, girl. What's going on, did something happen?"

She gulped the water down, "It's funny, cause... You never actually know someone... Even if you've known someone, your whole life. You still don't know them!"

She was getting really irritated and I can't feel it through the way she talked and her body language. She was just seem scared but mad at the same time. I could just tell something happened between her and Jacob the way she explained it

"Yn, what's the problem?"

"Jacob... Jacob is the problem. He's cheating on me!"

OMG! That's one of the last things I expected to hear come out her mouth. She started breaking our in tears and so I hugged her. We both grabbed for our things and left the gym, to the car. We really couldn't do this today so, We drove her car back to my house instead. When we got to my house, I went straight to the kitchen and poured us both a heavy drink

"How did you find out?"

"Theee typical way", she snuffled, "He was getting text messages on his phoneee. And I was going to turn it offff or put it on silenttt, you know... and um I saw these texts from these random unknown numberss and I really couldn't deal, at that moment"
