Chapter 35: Jasmine and Ashante

Keegan's POV

Ashante and I got into a bit of an arguement. I don't know what's going on with shawty but she's been acting off with me since Rico got shot. I thought she would've calmed down at least by now but I can't handle it no more. She's really giving me a migraine. Complaining about little shit, that she don't need to complain about. She's probably just on her time of the month but I needed some space from all that. I don't have to put up with it, a second longer, so I left my house and went out to my car for a bit. She seemed to be passing the stress onto me, the way I was stressing out in this car right now though, it was ridiculous. I heard Yn got back late from disappearing. I knew it was nothing to be worried about. She's a grown woman. She knows exactly what she's doing... *Sighs* Speaking of Yn, I did say I wanted to go and speak to her. Maybe I should go and pay her a visit, you know swing by here even though Jacob might be there. I'll just tell her to come out to my car, so we could talk

I took off in my car and was on my way to her house. There was no way she could've been out right now after yesterday

As I got to hers, I parked up outside. I turned the engine off and walked up to her door and knocked on it

She opened it and there she was standing up in her oversized shirt with no bottoms on in her messy bun. Keegan rose his eyebrows and Yn widened her eyes in shock. She gasped a little

"Keegan..."

"Uhh... Is Jacob here?"

She shook her head

"Can I come in?"

"I don't think that's such a good idea, Keegan"

"Please, look I just want to talk. I won't be long. I promise"

She sighed and stepped aside so that he could he come in. He went inside and Yn closed the door. Yn went over into the kitchen and Keegan followed behind her. She poured herself a drink and sat at the counter look at him

"I know we haven't talk for a while and umm... I just wanted to clear things before things get worse, which I don't want"

She nodded, listening

"Look, Imma just get straight to the point... That kiss..."

She looked down and back up

He fake coughs, "Look I..."

"Keegan... I know what your thinking already, but I didn't do it because I have feelings for you. I was just confused, and I wasn't thinking straight"

"Yeah I mean we were both in bad place"

She nodded, "I just appreciated you staying over and basically looking after me whilst Jacob was gone. I felt lonely and that was his job but he didn't do it right and um... that's why things were going in that direction. But It was just a fling, and it won't happen again"

Keegan nodded, "Alright, I'm glad we've cleared that up", he chuckled, "I mean things were getting a bit intense and I couldn't actually handle the fact we weren't talking", he chuckled

Then Yn pulled a face then pulled back a little

"I mean, your a friend, right? What I'm trying to say is things were getting awkward and I didn't want it to because I think your kind of a cool girl"
