Audrey's P O V

I jolt right back up. Covered in sweat and my heat pounding to rip out of my chest. My breath calms down slowly as I walk upstairs and open the sliding doors to a balcony. I stand there glaring at the night sky.

I take in the cold night air and exhale out cold air. Winter is getting closer.

~~~~~~
Annie smiled as the white snow sparkled in front of her. Mathew was starring with awe on his wife. Her smile always cheered up his day. Annie's buttercup hair flowed in the cold air and so did for her daughter, Audrey. Audrey had inherited her fathers dark chocolate hair and her mother's smile. Her bright green eyes came from her grandmother and her cheerful attitude came from her grandfather.
Her humor coming straight from her grandparents, as well as her creativity. Although she resembled her grandparents more, she barely saw them.
Audrey glanced at her mother as she felt her hand quiver while holding Audrey's. The cold got into her and the warmth of seeing the sparkling ice in front of the happily ever after family turned into a graveyard. Two tombstone placed gracefully in front of the family.
With bold letters it read,
Angelica Red
and,
Ben Red.
Both her parents shared a hurtful expression as they looked down on the stones. The dead were Audrey's grandparents, and now she knew why she didn't see them as much anymore. They were dead in the dead of winter.
She felt her mother's tears rolling down her chin and her father letting go of Audrey's hand, and holding his wife tightly in his grip. Hugging her to calm down. Annie frantically cried onto her husband's chest.
Audrey didn't cry, she couldn't. However, her point of view for winter changed for ever.
~~~~~~

I shake my head to forget the memory as I stare deep into the sky. Snow began to fall, and the sun began to rise,and I began to shiver. I went back inside, but so many things started to storm in my head.

Hunger, headache because I stayed up too long just staring at the sky, and .. oh gosh no..

Everything went black, and I could feel my body turn and go light as a feather. I feel the cold ground against my body, I guess that I just blacked out.

~~~~~~
Ethan's P O V
I swung over my door to the wall, only to hear Megan pleading to Audrey's stiff body to wake up. What just happened? Megan is crying while holding an empty bottle of pills. While holding Audrey's head in her lap.
Was.. she dead?
"What happened?", was all that came out of my mouth. I lay next to Meg and I notice her eyes are red and puffy from the tears. She shakes her head," Audrey didn't take her medicine.."
"And?" She looks at me like I'm an idiot, she throws the empty bottle at my face.
"OoF, what-" I glance down to the bottle that was in my hand, it read,
Anti- Sleep Paralysis
"Megan?" I began,"Yeah?"
"D-did Audrey even take her medicine?" I ask her and she lowers her head sadly.
I already know the answer, I sigh and cover my face with my hand and lower it to my chin.
And awkward silence began for 2 minutes.
