Big Plans

It's been about 3 years since Corbyn and I started dating. Everything was heaven. After about 2 years of dating Corbyn moved into my house with me (which happened to be next door to the Why Don't We house) right now it was 1 am and he was still in the living room working on a new song. "Baby can you stay up" he asked me knowing he had to get this song done and I couldn't sleep without him. I reluctantly agreed.

We could talk. We could dance. Don't matter the circumstance

Corbyn and I ended up dancing and laughing the whole night away. It was one of the greatest nights we've had in a long time. He even said that I might have given him a few ideas for a new song.

We don't let it change us

The next few days were extremely stressful but no matter what happened we never let it change us in any way.

On one of those stressful days, I was meeting Corbyn and the other guys at the mall and when I was waiting for them a guy started flirting with me and wouldn't go away. The guys finally showed up when the guy forcefully kissed me, I tried to push him off but he wouldn't budge. To anyone else, it would look like I was cheating. But not to Corbyn, he ripped that guy off me, punched him in the face, and kissed me possessively. The rest of the boys chased the guy off. When we finally broke the kiss Corbyn said something that will always make me trust him no matter what "That's the beautiful thing about us, we got trust"

That summer the boys and I decided to go on a Meet and greet tour because I was also a musician I got to roll with them. But I got my own tour bus. We had no real destination in mind so we all just agreed to "See where this takes us"

On one of the tour days, Corbyn and I were laying on the top of my tour bus just looking at the stars. We laid in a comfortable silence when he broke it " I got real big plans, for you and me"

When I first met the guys we hit it off great and before Corbyn and I got together we all played truth or dare to celebrate me releasing my new song "Take a Chance on me". Jack asked me truth or dare and I picked truth. I had to tell the guys what my 'type' was. Corbyn asked me out that night "Ain't got everything you want, but got everything you need" to him he wasn't everything I wanted but it was the opposite "So take a chance, take a chance on me"

I was tired of fans always wanting my personal information, I was down to just live a private life. I loved living next to the beach but I hated living in LA, it was great to visit but not a great place to live. "Baby, give me one year" Corbyn promised me one day when I told him my concerns.

I trusted Corbyn with my life so when he asked me to take a leap of faith I didn't hesitate. I was excited to see where his career would go from here and where our relationship would go.

The band was given the chance to go to go on a world tour, the only problem was that they would be out of the country for more than a few months and I couldn't go. Instead of being a clingy girlfriend I encouraged Corbyn to go on the tour. He was super excited to go and I know if I was in his shoes I would be too.

I took a chance on a boy who had big plans. I fell in love with who he was and even more in love with who he became. Eventually, Corbyn finished the song he was writing and it broke records and become world famous, but most importantly he wrote it about us. It was our song
