Fionna, Cake, Gumball, and I were all hanging out in the tree house when we heard weird noises on the roof. We decided to investigate, Fionna carried gumball up while he held the umbrella to shelter them from the rain, Cake sat on Fionna's head, and I was in front of them. When we were almost at the top I heard the strum of a Bass and already knew it was Marshall Lee. I would never admit this to anyone but I had a small crush on the vampire king. 

Fionna and I finally climbed up the last few steps to see Marshall in all his rain soaked glory. "Oh. it's just him" Gumball said sounding bored. Marshall opened one eye and looked at us "Oh. hey Y/N, Fionna" "Marshall Lee" Fionna and I said at the same time "Ahem" Gumball cleared his throat reminding us he was still here. "Oh forgive me! Hello you majesty" Marshall bowed in a mocking way before raising back up and sucking the red out of a jelly tart that Gumball had previously made. "Fionna take me back inside" Gumball demanded "Whaaaat?! Is he kidding" Marshall through his jelly tart at Gumball and it hit him in the face "Oh honestly!" Gumball started climbing down the ladder taking the umbrella with him while continuing "I'm going back inside come. Come join me when you want more polite company" "Be Careful" Fionna called down to him. 

Gumball was great and all but he really acted like a spoiled brat sometimes. He knew how to get on my nerves, and not in the fun way Marshall does. "What a wad" Marshall complained when Gumball was gone. "Hehe" Fionna's cheeks turned bright red "A, gumwad?" I rolled my eyes and gave her a small punch in the arm "Ah! Fionna" cake gasped from inside Fionna's hat. Marshall just started laughing "Let's ditch him" he strummed his axe bass a few times. Fionna hesitated but I didn't "I'm down" Fionna and Cake both gasped at me "Aw come on, he's getting on my nerves" they gave me a disappointed look.

Marshall turned into his bat form "Lumpy Space Prince is throwing a party in the woods. It's going to be freaking nasty" Fionna hesitated again so Marshall offered us his hands. I took it with out hesitation. LSP throws the best party so of course I'm done, plus I get to hang out with Marshall Lee. "I know you're going to say yes to me, so let's just go" Fionna knew he was right so she took his hand and he took off. Swinging both of us onto his back while he flew. 

He flew us down to a clearing in the woods and we jumped off his back. Once we landed I looked around and saw LPS dancing with cinnamon bun, Tree Trunks was playing a knife game with a spoon, and everyone else was just dancing and having a good time. "This looks fun. Come on" Marshall grabbed my hand and led the three of us towards the stage. LPS must of noticed us because his voice rang out above the crowd "You guys! Marshall Lee is going to play a song you guys!" Everyone cheered as we got on stage. 

Marshall started strumming his axe bass "Follow my lead" He started to do these weird dance moves and Fionna and I copied him, until he made a very perverted one. Then I yelled 'hey' and playfully shoved him. He turned to face me and started singing while playing his axe bass. Fionna, Cake, and I provided vocal backups 

Good little girl, always picking a fight with me 

You know that I'm bad, still your spending the night with me

What, do you want, from my world

You're a good little girl

Marshall started to dance with Cake while I started singing. Fionna was in the background still doing vocals. As soon as I sang my first line the crowd started cheering.

Bad little boy, That's what your acting like

I really don't by, that you're that kind of guy

And if you are, why do you want to hang out with me

Marshall dipped Cake and brought out his fangs like he was going to bite her. Fionna being closer ripped Cake out of his arms and cradled her. Marshall floated up while laughing 

Don't you know I'm a villian

Every night I'm out killing

Sending everyone running like children

By the end of his little song he was standing right next to leaning closer than comfort. My eyes widened slightly and a blush formed on my face. I turned away from him and gave him a playful punch in the shoulder. He just chuckled at my expression. Cake ran past to the front of the stage and started singing about a potato while Fionna joined her. Marshall gently pulled me to the back of the stage "I wasn't lying Y'know. You do like me" I scoffed my blushing growing deeper. How the Glob does he know! "Ya right" "You can deny it all you like, but it's obvious. I'm just surprised you didn't pick up that I liked you too" My head quickly shot up, my eyes wide as I stared at his cocky grin dumbfounded "Y-you w-wh-what" I mentally cursed at myself for stuttering so much. "I like you too. It's pretty obvious, I mean who wouldn't like a girl like you. You're smart pretty, and a total bada$$" I blushed harder at his confession "I like you, you like me, lets just get together" he smirked and wrapped an arm around my waist. I gulped down my fears, and embarrassment "Bad little boy..." I leaned in closer to him so our lips were almost touching. he smirked but I could see a faint blush on his pale face. Our lips were just barely touching when he finally closed the gap between us. 

He tasted like strawberries and apples. I felt like I was floating on cloud nine. We finally pulled away with smiles on our faces and I looked down to see we were actually floating, at least 20 feet up. Fear took over the bliss feeling and I held Marshall tightly wrapping my lags around his waist "MARSHALL!" he just chuckled at my fear filled expression.
