Chapter 13~The Unknown Vampire

As lucinda and the other three continued through the woods,erick spotted the two students who came running from the direction where leah was.

"H..hey you two"

Patch shouted out then walked over,the two students stopped then panted to catch their breath's.

"Y..you must help her she is in danger..t..the..w..wolf.."

One of them explained trying to catch her breath,looking towards the direction where the two students came from patch hurried into that direction.

"Erick and oliver you two take these two back me and patch will catch up"

Both nodded as she dashed after patch as erick and oliver led the two students to the entrance of the woods.

Leah's P.O.V.

I watched as the white shrouded figure dashed towards the wolf,it let out a roar and then swung its sharp blade tail towards him.

"Watch out!"

I shouted out and tried to get up but it was no use,the figure jumped into the air with great speed then dived down as he slashed at the wolf.

It howled out in pain then counter attacked with it's claws,the figure blocked it in time when he landed and pushed it back.

"It ends here!"

All of a sudden his sword began to glow with such brightness,he rose it into the air as the blade shimmered with brightness then with one swing down of his sword it collided with the wolf.

The brightness cleared and laying there was the wolf's body not moving and his eyes pure white,it was over.

"W..w..who are you and who sent you.."

He turned to me as his sword vanished then walked over and scooped me up into his arms,my vision went blurry and hazy until i couldn't keep my eyes open.

Patch's P.O.V.

Once one of the two students told me about leah i hurried towards the direction they came from.

("Hang on Leah i am coming")

I mumbled to myself as i continued through the woods my pace getting faster and faster,until i finally reached the opening where there was a figure holding leah in his arms.

"Hey let her go right now!"

The male turned to me and with a snap of his fingers my body just froze in place as he walked over to me then stood infront of me.

"You failed to protect her patch..your not fit to protect her if it wasn't for me she would have been dead"

I growled what he said to me,he sighed softly then snapping his fingers i could move my body again,then just turned to him with coldness.

"I could have protected her but instead they sent you to interfere and make me look bad!"

I replied in anger and clutching my fists tightly.

"I will take the princess back to the academy as for you patch i suggest you become much stronger as you are already aware the dark forces have begun to awaken and attack"

Watching him leave the opening with leah in his arms i slammed my fist against a tree in such anger,and knowing he was right what right did i have to argue with that.

"Leah..i am sorry i couldn't protect you.."

I mumbled then sighed as i headed back,luce finally reached me and asked what happened i explained to her.

Her eyes showed sadness and worry towards me,but i reassured her i will be fine then began to make my way towards the exit with her.

Lucinda's P.O.V.

As i finally caught up to patch i saw him near a tree,i approached him.

"What happened?"

He began to explain to me what happened,i was worried and felt very sad.

But he reassured me that he will be fine,i was not convinced by it but i had to trust him.

We made our way to the exit of the woods,following the path we eventually came to the entrance of the woods and exited it.

"Looks like the headmaster is here and the teacher's aswell"

I said and patch nodded,the headmaster approached us and asked us what happened me and patch began to explain.

Leah's P.O.V.

Opening my eyes slowly i looked up at the blue sky with white clouds,sitting up i looked around as i was in a field of flowers then slowly got up.

"Hello..can anyone here me where am i?"

I called out but no response,i looked over to a large hill on top was a giant tree full of blossoms and someone was standing underneath the tree.

Hurrying over fast as i could almost falling over but keeping my balance,i kept running towards the hill.

Climbing up the hill until i reached the top where the tree was,a figure was standing there with his back turned towards me.

"E..excuse me do you know where am i"

I asked him he then turned to face me he had long white hair and crimson red eyes,he wore a black top with black pants,silver boots and a silver belt.

On his back he had a feathered black coat which was held onto his shoulder's with silver ties,it almost liked he was dressed in royal or victorian era.

On his waist he had like a red material of some sort but wasn't sure what it was though.

"You should have never came here little girl..thanks to you darkness is rising and it will come after you and your friends will never be safe."

He said in a cold and dark tone voice,as his eyes were emotionless all of a sudden i heard someone calling out to me.

"Hmph so she has come eh until we meet again girl or should i say princess.."

With that he vanished in darkness,i stood there for a moment then everything went bright.
