Oliver walked over and kneeled down next to patch looking over to leah as he began to heal her wound,luckily it wasn't that deep.
Adam walked over and also kneeled down next to patch as he began to heal him,patch smiled softly.
"Thank you adam but i am fine but for the demon king he won't last long once i am through with him"
He said in a cold tone while looking at leah who rested peacefully in his arms,once oliver finished healing her he sighed softly.
"He is going to be tough you know are you sure you will be able to defeat him"
Oliver replied patch remained silent while still holding leah close,in his mind he began to think he won't be able to but he had to try.
"Look after leah for me oliver"
He said as he gently moved leah into oliver's arms without waking her he then stood up,but then hearing his name gently being called he turned around to see lucinda and the trio's along with erick and the others.
"Patch you becareful alright come back to us safely but knowing you that you will be alright ever since we became best friends since i was a baby and you were a child."
She giggled as she walked over then hugged him tightly,patch hugged her close and tightly whispering in her ear that he will return.
"Also patch i will be going with you knowing my uncle he will try many things to fight dirty"
Adam said as he stood up patch didn't argue and nodded,looking at everyone and then at leah both vanished out of sight.
"Once i attach this core to the dark crystal the energy within it will be mine forever!"
The demon king laughed as he approached the dark crystal in the throne room,just as soon he was about to attach the core to the crystal patch and adam both appeared then adam shot the core out of his hand.
"That is enough uncle! you've done alot of damage!"
The demon king turned to adam and patch with a grin but was disappointed aswell.
"Adam! you could have joined me and had power but instead you became like your father and decided to go with power"
He replied with a snarl,adam summoned a sword into his hand then pointed it towards his uncle.
"I never wanted power neither did my father but yet you killed him as he betrayed you for marrying a human woman."
Patch listened and remembered that day when it happened,he was a young child at the time where adam was exiled from his home due to the accusations that he killed his father.
"But you know what i am happy that at least my father was a brilliant man despite you brainwashing the council to exile me and my mother!"
He gripped the sword tightly,also trying to hold his tears back.
"Ha! your father was a fool and never listened to me especially when he fell in love with your mother,i knew even when i killed him she continued to love him instead of me,so if i couldn't have her then i guess i did her a favour and sent her to the grave"
"Y..y..you BASTARD!!!"
He yelled and dashed towards his uncle in anger,the demon king grinned and then clicking his tongue a scythe appeared in his hand as adam swung his sword and the demon king swung his scythe both clashed with a screeching metallic sound.
Sparks flew everywhere as their weapons clashed over and over.with neither of the side of giving in.
"Patch get the core while i handle my uncle!"
He turned his gaze to patch to tell him,he nodded and ran over to get the core but the demon king pushed adam back and launched a dark orb towards patch.
Adam quickly ran infront and slashed the orb into two as it exploded,patch picked up the orb quickly.
"Go give it back to the princess..i will try to hold him as long as i can.."
Patch hesitated by adam's response but nodded and vanished,with patch out of the way adam didn't need to hold back anymore as he unleashed his lightning energy that surrounded his body also becoming like a god.
"Patch..Princess..Queen..everyone...stay strong.."
He charged up his sword with the lightning power,the demon king laughed he then smirked doing the same thing.
"This is it your going down uncle!"
"I LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY!!!"
Both yelled and dashed towards each other,with a big swing from adam's sword and a big swing from the demon king's scythe both clashed and the brightness filled the room.
