Chapter 5

Tris P.O.V

After school I tell Toby I'll meet up with him at his house later.He agrees and kisses me and then I leave.

When I get home I hear screams.Those screams belong to my family.

I run in and I see my mom sprawled on the floor with a bruise on her cheek,Caleb with his back filled with lashes and blood and my baby Kathryn watching.When I look up I see a sight I never thought I would see an abusive Andrew Prior.

He dashes towards Kathy and I stop him.

"You will not lay a hand on Kathryn."I say.

I see Kathy fall to the ground.

My father squeezes my arm and drags me up to my room.He throws me on the bed and says"Do you know why I did this?"

I shake my head and he responds"These scumbags including you made me lose the job offer in Ohio!"

"We have nothing to do with your stupid job!"I exclaim.

He spreads my legs and climbs on top of me.

"You will respect me!"He says.I spit in his face and say''Respect is won not given.''

He wipes it off and says"This is for your own good."

After his words, he begins to kiss my neck harshly.I try to push him off but it no use.

"Stop it get off of me!"

He laughs and rips my dress and bra off.I feel tears start to run down my cheeks.

I hear the unbuckling of his pants and then he takes off my underwear and he does what I feared.

When he's finished he says"Tell anybody about this and I will torture you and your scumbags including that little boyfriend of yours even worse understand?"

I don't answer.

He brutally grabs my face and says"Understand bitch?"

I nod my head he leaves and I hear his car screech down the street.I lock my door and go to the bathroom.

I hear the words"Dirty.Slut.Bitch." in my head.I look at my body.Hhe bruised me and gave my marks of what he did to me.I cry and I know that I can't tell Tobias.I turn on the shower and step in.I sit in the tub and bury my face in my knees and cry as the water runs over my body.I force myself to get up and wash myself,but no matter how many times I was myself that sensatio never leaves my body.

I turn the water off and dress with long clothes that cover my marks.I go downstairs and see my family standing up.

"Tris are you okay sweetheart? "asks my mom.

I shake my head and the tears start flowing steadily.

"He did it to me!"I yell.

My mother rubs my back and comforts me.Kathryn comes over and says "Don't cry Trissy.

I nod my head and Caleb says"I'll inform Four. "

I jump from my seat and yelled"No!Andrew said he would hurt him if he found out.Please Caleb."

He nods his head and my mom says"Kathy listen Daddy took some bad medicine abd he was acting crazy.He didn't know what he was doing so you must not tell anybody promise?"

"Promise." She replied.

Then there's a knock on the door.

"Tris it's Tobias."

Oh No.
