The cold air which brought about a misty breeze hit your supple cheeks. The time had come for you to bid Taehyung goodbye.

"You know, I was able to be just myself this week because of London...and you. My life in South Korea is anything but laid-back," you slowly tell him without hesitation. You wanted to be honest with him for at least once.

"Likewise. I've always had worries but I managed to put them aside for a while due to this trip," Taehyung replies, his smile sweet and somehow sad.

He wanted to stay in that place forever with you. He wished time would stop all of a sudden.

"Is this when I finally introduce myself to you properly?" you asked him, chuckling, as you captured the night view around you, "I suck at timings."

He shook his head vigorously like a little kid, a pout clearly visible on his face. "We will meet again. We'll tell each other our names then."

You let out a short laugh. Taehyung had a way of saying things in a beautiful, poetic way, and it had always amused you. How does he come up with such words?

Seokjin did not remember most of his childhood memories.

When he thought of the days he spent as a child, he would only recall moments in the classroom, him taking piano lessons, and sitting beside his mother on her deathbed.

The rest, he forgot.

He had always wondered if there was a time in his life, no matter how brief, when he was truthfully content. He was growing greedier and greedier every day, and he did not like it.

He thought of you. You and him were almost the same person, both forced and trapped in the darkness. However, you could still smile.

Jin looked at your photos, examining the expressions you wore. You looked gorgeous, your face showing no sign of resntment and sadness. How can she be so good at pretending?

He had a short temper and was never good at holding back. Even though the two of you were almost the same person, he thought you were the complete opposite of him.

You were different, and Jin liked you. But as the heir to Haejong Group's chairman, he could not sit still knowing you were different and you were not his.

He loved different. And because you were the vedy definition if different, Kim Seokjin wanted to have you.

The twenty-six-year-old's lips quickly formed a mischievous smirk. Things are getting interesting, at last.

Taehyung was finally home.

He was lying on his bed with his face smashed on a pillow. He felt somehow empty now that he was back. To be honest, he missed you.

"We just met a week ago! How can I possibly long for her?" he yells, with his voice muffled because of the pillow.

His mother stormed into his room, bringing about a loud ruckus with her. "Hey, did you meet a girl?" she asked him with a huge grin.

Her son rose from his position and pouted, trying to act like a kid who failed to get a plushie out of a claw machine. "Is that the first thing you say to your son who is finally back from his trip? I'm disappointed, Mom."

Taehyung's mother walked up to him and cupped his face with her hands. "Of course, I missed you, my baby," she cooed at him in sweet voice. "So, did you get a girlfriend?"

The man beamed at her slowly. "No, but I met my future girlfriend?" He chuckled, his boxy smile wide as ever.

"My daughter's home," Mr. Han exclaimed as he pulled you into a tight hug. You almost melted in his arms. "I missed you, Dad. Where is Mom?"

"She's at the salon. She'll be back soon, so don't worry and get some rest. You must be exhausted," he told you as he broke away from the hug. You nod diligently and watch him disappear into the kitchen.

You headed into your room, as fast as lightning, carrying your luggage with you. You could not wait to see your pet cat, Rae, who must have been dying to see you again.

You lift Rae with your hands and place them on your lap. "Did you miss me, Rae? I'm sure you did," you said as you brushed her fur with your slender fingers.

After unpacking your stuff, you called for a delivery of black bean noodles. You had not eaten it for days and you felt as you could finish four servings by yourself.

It arrived after a good twenty minutes, and a helper brought it up to your room. You thanked her graciously as you received the package.

"By the way, Ms. Han, you have a meeting tomorrow at noon with Mr. Kim Seokjin," she quickly informed you before taking her leave.

"Sorry? What is this about?" you asked the helper, confused over her words. You certainly knew nothing about an appointment you had for the next day nor did you know who Kim Seokjin was.

"I think it is a blind date. You can ask your mother," she replied in a quieter voice so no one would be able to hear.

You sighed in disbelief. Why does my mother like to meddle with my business always?

Mrs. Han did not come back until later in that evening. You made your way into her office, where she always remained in. Something was going on, and you wanted to know what.

You knocked on the door twice. "Come in," she allowed you so in a plain tone. You entered quickly right after. "You're back," she said, her right hand reaching down onto the tob of the table to pick up her cup of tea.

"Yes," you retorted with a serious expression on, "And allow me to be forward with you because I hate beating around the bush."

Your locked eyes with your mother's and she sat back, folding her arms together. "Is this about your meeting with Mr. Kim Seokjin?"

"Yes, and it's obviously not just a simple meeting. It's a blind date."

Mrs. Han tsked softly, taking another sip from her tea. "It is. And you are going on that date. You are following me like you always do."
