"WAKE UP PERVY SAGE! WE'RE HERE!" I shouted in awe at the island before us. It was a beautiful island consisting of one beach and a massive, lush forest which covered the entirety of it. There was a small mountain in the middle, but was green from all the trees and plants growing over it.
"Yeah, yeah. Let's get going." Jiraiya-sensei sighed. We waved the driver goodbye and then walked into the forest. Sunlight seeped through tiny openings in the canopy, but the forest was mostly dark and full of wildlife. There were tonnes of birds above us, flying towards and past us.
"Where're they going?" I pointed out and Jiraiya-sensei suddenly tensed.
"What's up?" I asked but then I too realised it. Giant vibrations were getting bigger and bigger until we were nearly blown away by the force of some wind. "Which humans dare trespass our land, the Great Rabbit Forest?" An overly loud voice shouted in a menacing tone. I looked up to see an impossibly large rabbit towering over me and Jiraiya-sensei.
"Why is the toad sage here?" The Rabbit asked.
"I forgot to say this Mitsu, but the Great Rabbits and Giant Toads have a kinda bad relationship." He said as he scratched the back of his head.
I began shaking. "So.... So.... CUTE!" I shouted which made them sweat drop.
"Wha-? Cute? You should fear for your life mere human!" The Rabbit boasted back at me.
"How could I fear such a fluffy thing!" I smiled as I started feeling its fur.
"This child of man, she is a strange one, not fearing me at first sight. Speak of your name at once!" The Rabbit demanded.
"Oh my name's Mitsu Namikaze But you can call me Mitsu-chan!" I giggled.
So pure and innocent... The Rabbit thought to herself.
"So what's your name Rabbit-kun?" I asked.
"I'm not a guy! My name is Shinseina, the leader of the Great Rabbits. Tell me, why do you not fear me Mitsu?"
"Well you are cute and fluffy, that's why Shin-sama!" I said which made Jiraiya's soul fly out of his mouth.
"Now tell me Mitsu, why have you come to this island?" Shin-sama asked.
"Well I wanted to learn Senjutsu and get a sage mode, I was originally going to train at Mount Myoboku but the toads there are ugly and smelly so I didn't want to." I pouted.
"Hahaha, hear that toad sage? I like you Mitsu. Alright, I will help you with learning Rabbit Sage Mode, follow me." She said and started walking towards the bottom of the mountain in the centre of the island.

"This is amazing!" I shouted with stars in my eyes as I looked at all the Great Rabbit's at the mountain.
"This is where we live, if our barrier detects intruders I will be sent to investigate, that's what happened to you guys." Shin-sama explained.
"Alright, where can we go that's peaceful and we won't get rabies?" Jiraiya-sensei complained.
"Jiraiya-sensei, don't be so rude!" I scolded him and hit him on the head.
"Just like Kushina..." he sighed.
"Anyways, this should be good enough right Toad Sage?" Shin-sama asked as she lead us to an open field with a lake to the right.
"Hmph. I guess it fits the bill." Jiraiya-sensei muttered.
"Well Toad Sage, for now I leave Mitsu-chan in your hands. Teach her how to amass natural energy. When she has mastered that, lead her to me and I will personally teach her the Rabbit Sage Mode." She said before walking, or rather jumping off. Finally my Senjutsu Training has begun! First, Jiraiya-sensei made me sit down in the middle of the field where it was quiet and peaceful. He told me to just sit there and meditate for a few hours. It was hard and I kept scratching my hair.
"So how does this help with me being a super cool sage with awesome sage arts?" I asked.
"Baka! First you must connect with Nature. By staying still you will collect natural energy, the first step you must do before using Senjutsu techniques." He explained. Well I did expect it to be boring but if this is what I need to do to get stronger to protect Naruto, I will do it. I began concentrating extra hard before Jiraiya started getting worried.
"Mitsu-chan, stop!" He shouted and hit me over the head with a stick.
"What was that for?" I cried.
"If you take in too much natural energy and can't control it, you will begin to transform into the respective animal and turn to stone. Just look in the water at your reflection." He sighed.
I went over to the lake nearby me and gasped at the sight. Long, white rabbit ears were slowly retracting and I had short claws on my hands.
"This stick will remove your Nature energy when hit with it so you will be okay as long as I'm around." Jiraiya-sensei explained.
"Thankyou sensei!" I said before giving him a hug and returning back to my meditation. I didn't notice at the time but he had a nosebleed and passed out, I just thought he went silent. I began collecting natural energy, but was regulating it to the best of my ability and keeping a balance, to little results.
