From hating to dating

Chapter 34~The big night

Annabeth's POV

Today is the big night, a.k.a senior prom. I was sitting on Silena's room while she did my makeup and Katie was doing my hair.

When they finished, we walked to the living room and oh boy did all of us were rocking it out.

All of us looked amazing and happy, except for Clarisse.

"Hey what's wrong?"

"Oh,Annie,nothing..."

"Your face says otherwise."

"Fine." She grumbles. "I am incredibly uncomfortable wearing this."

"I know it's not what you usually wear, but there's always a first time for everything."

"I guess you're right..."

"Try not to think much about it and you'll have the best night ever!"

"Promise by your books?"

"Ughhhh....fine, I promise by my books."

We left the house and there we saw Thalia on the biggest van someone could ever ask for. "Happy Prom,girls! Now jump in, we need to show 'em who's in charge"

Remember that one sleepover at Bianca's place and how I told you it was a fucking party on a car? Well this was like the 4th of that.

We arrived at Prom and all the boys' mouths dropped.

Percy looked amazing. His usually messy, tangled hair was now combed(it was still messy but honestly whatever) and he was rocking that private school 'bad boy' look. He had the same blue tie he wore that time he and his family had lunch with us.

He grabbed my hand and kissed it.

"M'lady."

"Kind sir." We both burst into laughter

We entered the gym, I mean it still looked horrible but,meh. We saw the food table and it was a race to death to see who got there first (i won).

We danced like there was no tomorrow. We danced to songs like Hakuna Matata (Don't ask why), Dancing Queen, I Won't Say I'm In Love, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark(Light 'Em Up), First Date, etc. It was pretty funny.

Then Can You Feel The Love Tonight? from the Lion King (this song is just like OTP EEEEEEEEK) and everyone started slow dancing.

"Can I have this dance?"

"I don't know, can you?" I correct him.

He chuckled "May I have this dance?"

"Yes, you may."

We danced, a meteor could've hit the Earth and I wouldn't have cared. This is where I belong, and this is where I'm staying.

Prom ended, and Percy took me to a beach and put our favourite song from when we were kids: Beauty and the Beast.

We kissed onto the night and this was the best day ever.
